Ideal para una visita de la antigua Roma. El apartamento 80 m2 (2 dormitorios, para 5 personas, salón con cocina, baño, balcón, calefacción, ascensor, internet WIFI, TV y aire acondicionado) con vistas de la Basílica de San Pedro se encuentra en el centro de Roma y está a sólo 100 metros de la Basílica de San Pedro. El apartamento está en el piso 5 y tiene ascensor. El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila. Todas las atracciones turísticas más importantes (San Pedro, Museos del Vaticano, Coliseo, Campo de 'Fiori, Plaza de España, Fontana de Trevi etc.) son fácilmente accesibles a pie o en autobús y metro. El apartamento es ideal para aquellos que vienen a Roma en coche, ya que se encuentra en una calle privada donde se puede aparcar con facilidad y de forma gratuita. The view is next level. I searched Vrbo for many hours looking for this view and I got it! Going to sleep and waking up to the basilica was a dream. I loved the cafes nearby and I loved renting a line and scooting around this magical city.

Manager was abrupt.

The property was very nice. However bring your own sugar, S&P, and coffee. There isn't any condiments to work with. We arrived a bit late and the manager wasn't welcoming. He was in a hurry to get us in unit and used his hand to tell us very quickly where we could find stores,etc. Not helpful. Also when you arrive at property, you have to pay taxes, and he takes a picture of all passports for the police. Taxes were 64.Euros for 3 nights. Great place but hard to find things when you don't speak the language.

Centrico, coqueto y limpio

Somos una familia española que viajó a Roma para visitar esta hermosa ciudad. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, exactamente en el centro turístico, muy bien comunicado y accesible incluso andando. Está muy limpio con una ropa de cama y toallas impecables. Es una zona muy tranquila, con todo tipo de servicios. Me ha resultado muy cómodo para viajar con niños pequeños como es mi caso. Maria Cristina y Emidio se portaron súper bien, nos dieron un montón de información y son muy atentos. Recomiendo este apartamento, nosotros seguro que volvemos.

EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO

El apartamento es centrico, a unos pasos del Vaticano y con transporte publico para todas las atracciones de Roma. Me ha encantado no sólo por su ubicación que es buena sino por la tranquilidad y la limpieza del apartamento, es absolutamente recomendable para quien desee pasar unos días en Roma. Los duenos son muy amables. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

A pochi passi da San Pietro

L'appartamento ha due camere da letto spaziose e comode. Tutto è pulito e ben organizzato. La posizione è ottima soprattutto per chi vuole partire proprio dalla basilica di San Pietro. Ottimo anche un garage privato proprio sotto casa, per chi arriva in macchina. I padroni di casa puntuali e discreti. Esperienza positiva!

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Vatikan!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein echter Glücksgriff! Tolle Lage, direkte Nähe zum Vatikan, Bus, Zug, Supermarkt, super Pizzeria (Pizza Goose - sehr empfehlenswert!), klimatisierte Schlafräume, netter Vermieter, der uns am ersten Tag die nahe Umgebung gezeigt hat, bereits im Vorfeld nette Kommunikation. 5 Sterne für diese Ferienwohnung!!!

Amazing Place!

Emidio is a great host, and the apartment is fantastic! It is located about a five minute walk away from St. Peter's Square, and is a great location for getting to the rest of the city. The apartment itself has all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. Thank you Emidio!

Inoubliable séjour !

Merci à Monsieur Minder pour ce bel appartement. Nous l'avons trouvé vraiment très propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Proche des moyens de transport et du centre de Rome. 5 jours vraiment merveilleux. Met all expectations

After reading all the reviews of Emidio's apartment, our expectations were very high. After spending two weeks there, they were surpassed. The location is ideal, close to the Vatican and public transportation and Stazione San Pietro. The amenities were very good allowing us to cook many meals......the neighbourhood grocery stores, bakery shop and restaurants were all closeby. Emidio is a very efficient landlord who tries his very best to please. It was magical to sleep in a comfortable bed basking in the shadows of St. Peter's dome. In no time it felt like home. Wundervolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Diese Wohnung war ein absoluter Glücksgriff, super ausgestattet, nett eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Besonders der Blick auf den Petersdom, einfach fantastisch!!! Der Vermieter total nett und hilfsbereit. Viele Dinge gut zu Fuß erreichbar, z.B. Petersdom/Vatikan, Engelsburg, spanische Treppe, Trevi Brunnen, Pantheon... mit der Bahn (Fußweg 5 Min.) das Colosseum, Palatin, Forum Romanum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut. Man kann diese Wohnung empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Herrn Minder

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

This was an amazing rental. Clean, bright and spacious. So close to the Vatican and accessible to everything in Rome. There are lots of restaurants and you must try Captain Cono gelato bar. The best gelato in Rome. I recommend this rental to everyone.

The apartment was exactly as stated on the website in a perfect position right beside the Vatican. All the facilities we needed were there, The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable during the entire stay and will definitely return.

Elegant apartment near the Vatican

What a beautiful apartment in Rome! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, artistically decorated and very comfortable. We loved the gorgeous marble floors and the small terrace with a view of dome of St. Peter's Basilica. Emidio (the owner) was very helpful when we were inquiring about it and also very accommodating when we were there. He even helped to arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. The apartment is in a great location near both the bus and train stops, easy walking to a large grocery store and right below are restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a quick walk to the Vatican grounds. Emidio showed us the bus and metro stops and recommended that we get a pass for these which worked out very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Rome and highly recommend this special apartment!

Idéal pour découvrir Rome

L’appartement correspond en tout à l’annonce: très proche du Vatican, très propre, calme, lits confortables, commerces, métro et bus à proximite. La situation central de l’appartement permet d’accéder directement aux principaux sites historiques de Rome. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture devant l’appartement, se qui n’est pas négligeable. Récupérer les clefs de l’appartement a été très facile: le propriétaire nous attendait devant l’appartement. Il nous a accompagné jusqu’à l’appartement et nous a montré le fonctionnement des choses les plus importantes. Nous avons fait un beau séjour et sommes bien contents de notre choix. Nous le recommandons fortement.

A deux pas du Vatican

Appréciation envoyée: 25 mai 2012 Date de séjour: mai 2012 Appartement très propre, très calme et bien placé au plein coeur de Rome, à partir duquel on peut faire toutes les visites à pieds ou avec les transports en commun (le métro et les arrêts de bus sont à proximité immédiate). L’appartement est situé juste en face du Vatican. Les commerces sont proches et il est facile de garer la voiture. Le propriétaire est extrêmement disponibile. Il a pris le temps de nous faire visiter l'appartement, de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chacun des appareils et de nous indiquer les endroits intéressants aux alentours de l'appartement. Nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre accueil et pour la location de votre appartement.

Magnifique!

L’appartement très propre et idéal pour 5 personnes ou deux couples. Les deux chambres à coucher sont très spacieuses et les équipements adapté. Sa situation à deux pas de la Place Saint-Pierre est parfaite pour partir à la découverte à pied du coeur historique de Rome. L'accès au transports en commun est également à proximité immédiate. Il est possible de garer la voiture près de l'appartement. Le propriétaire est très gentil: il nous a donné une carte de la ville de Rome et nous a guidés à travers les rues du quartier Vatican. En résumé, une magnifique adresse.

Wonderful aparment in the heart of Rome

We are an English family who decided to visit Italy by car. We arrived in Rome by car from Florence and we really appreciated being able to park for free “in the shadow of the dome of Saint Peter’s” and near the apartment, because we had a lot of luggage. The apartment is much better than it appears on the website: it’s very clean, quiet and spacious. The location is excellent for exploring Rome: it is possible to go on foot to the major tourist sites. The Vatican is just across the street and the bus stop and the subway are a walking distance. Emidio, is very pleasant and helpfull. While we were planning the trip he responded immediately to my questions and when we arrived in Rome he accompanied us in the neighbourhood and showed us everything that we needed during our stay in the city. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic place to stay in Rome

We are a familiy with two children and we have spent a beautiful holiday in this apartment located in the historic center of Rome. It is very close to the Vatican (St. Peter’s Square is just across the street). This is the first time that we find an apartment better than advertisement pictures: it is very clean and well furnished. The apartment is in a quiet and convenient location: we had absolutely no problem for visit Rome, because a lots of historical sights are within easy walking distance, the bus stop is just outside the building and the subway is a short walk from the apartment. The owner Emidio is very kindly: he provided us with all the informations about sightseeing and arranged transportation for us to the airport. I would recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly.

Séjour merveilleux

Séjour merveilleux J'ai trouvé l'appartement très agréable, très propre, bien équipé, très bien situé pour se balader et visiter Rome. Sa situation est à deux pas de la place Saint-Pierre. L'accès au transports en commun est à proximité immédiate. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. De plus, nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour garer notre voiture. Une adresse à conseiller et que nous conseillons.

My husband, my two sons and I had a great time in Rome. The apartment exceeded our expectations: it’s bigger and beautiful than it looks in photos. It’s exceptionally clean and bright. The apartment is centrally located to all the major tourist attractions wherein you can easily walk to (it’s really close to St. Peter’s square!) and the bus stop is a walking distance. The area is well served by many shops, supermakets and restaurants. Emidio is an exceptional host: he’s very kind and helpfull. While we were planning the trip he responded immediately to all my e-mailed questions. We'd highly recommend this as a place to stay and hope to be able to come back again!
