El apartamento 80 m2 (2 dormitorios, para 5 personas, salón con cocina, baño, balcón, calefacción, ascensor, internet WIFI, TV y aire acondicionado) con vistas de la Basílica de San Pedro se encuentra en el centro de Roma y está a sólo 100 metros de la Basílica de San Pedro. El apartamento está en el piso 5 y tiene ascensor. El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila. Todas las atracciones turísticas más importantes (San Pedro, Museos del Vaticano, Coliseo, Campo de 'Fiori, Plaza de España, Fontana de Trevi etc.) son fácilmente accesibles a pie o en autobús y metro. 5 minute walk to citedelle. And 5 minute walk to the super market. On bus route. Great communication with superintendent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a superb location

Well equipped and well located apartment

This is a well equipped apartment about 10 minutes' walk from St Peter's Square. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting Rome for the Vatican's 2025 Jubilee Year. Communication with Emidio was excellent before and during our stay. There is a Pam supermarket about three minutes' walk away and several good restaurants nearby. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und sehr nah am Petersdom. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, was im Hochsommer sehr hilfreich ist.

Super Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ( 5 min-Weg bis zum Petersdom) und das Umfeld mit Restaurants und Shops und Busanbindung! Ein Blick direkt auf den Dom. 2 separate Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr schön. Kommunikation war bestens. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

We loved our stay here!

My husband, my daughter, my parents (in there 70s) and I all stayed at this apartment during October. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was perfectly clean and in great condition. Having the elevator was a plus for my elderly parents. My experience with Emidio was great. While we were planning the trip, he responded to all my e-mailed questions in English nearly instantly. He met us at the apartment when we arrived with a friendly greeting. We had absolutely no problem getting all around Rome from the bus stop right outside the building acrossed the street. There were several very good restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment and we found a grocery store only a couple of blocks away. We loved having a home in Rome. I will highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of coming to Rome and I hope we will be able to return ourselves someday.

Magnífico!

Apartamento limpísimo en un lugar tranquilo y con todos los servicios muy proximos. Está muy bien localizado, a muy poca distancia del Vaticano y con paradas de autobús y metro muy cerca del apartamento, para poder llegar a cualquier punto de Roma. Zona muy segura en caso de llegar tarde por la noche. Los dueños muy atentos y amables. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

Centrico, coqueto y limpio

Somos una familia española que viajó a Roma para visitar esta hermosa ciudad. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, exactamente en el centro turístico, muy bien comunicado y accesible incluso andando. Está muy limpio con una ropa de cama y toallas impecables. Es una zona muy tranquila, con todo tipo de servicios. Me ha resultado muy cómodo para viajar con niños pequeños como es mi caso. Maria Cristina y Emidio se portaron súper bien, nos dieron un montón de información y son muy atentos. Recomiendo este apartamento, nosotros seguro que volvemos.

Maravilloso apartamento

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en el corazón de Roma a unos pasos del Vaticano. Se encuentra en una zona con fácil acceso a los medios de transporte público. Se destaca por su limpieza y por su tranquilidad. Los propietarios son muy amables y nos dieron valiosas indicaciones durante nuestra visita a Roma. Lo aconsejo mucho.

Excellent situation

Could not have asked for more. Emidio and his family could not have been more helpful and friendly. The apartment is tucked away but within minutes of the Vatican and very close to the frequent buses into the heart of ancient Rome. Thank you Emidio for providing an excellent base to enjoy our time with you.

Tout simplement parfait

Nous sommes partis à 2 couples d'amis , pour un week end prolongé de 4 jours . Nous avons trouvé cet appartement tout simplement genial ! Très fonctionnel parfaitement équipé et avec le nécessaire du quotidien . Nous sommes juste derrière le Vatican ce qui est parfait pour le bus et les visites ! Le propriétaire Emidio est une personne très attentive au demandes de ces hôtes et met tout en œuvre pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible . Toujours disponible et tout simplement au top :) Je le recommande les yeux fermé, ne pas hésiter à lui demander un chauffeur qui viens nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous dépose à l'appartement prix imbattable et service de qualité ! Un séjour parfait entre amis à petit prix. Si nous revenons sur rome nous reviendront avec plaisir chez Emidio .

Rome Stay

Very well appointed apartment 5 minutes walk from St Peter's. The owner Emidio greeted us on arrival and kindly gave us a quick tour of the area, where to find the supermarkets and local restaurants. The apartment was lovely, spotless and very well equipped. Ideal base to explore Rome and I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to explore Rome and stay in a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Emidio also arranged our taxi there and on our return, and is on hand if you need any advice. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book it again, Thank you Emidio

A perfect location

This was a lovely apartment in a perfect location for the Vatican. Our Host Emidio was a perfect gentleman and I don't think anything would have been too much trouble. He greeted us at the apartment, after showing us in and giving us information that we needed for air con etc he then took us on a small tour of the area for shops, restaurants, and bus stops. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained as was the entrance hall, we did meet some of the residents who live in the building all very friendly. This was our second visit to Rome and should we return in the future I would be pleased to go back to this apartment . Thank you Emidio for a lovely stay in your beautiful city.

Very nice apartment

All was excellent. Location: 25 minutes by taxi from Fiumicino Airport, 3 minutes walking to Vatican. Very nice apartment: two bedrooms (double bed, double bed + single bed), living room, kitchen with all necessary things and toilet (shower cabin). Owner was very polite, open and obliging. Prepayment and payment processes were simple and transparent. I could recommend this property and it's owner!!! Thank you very much! It was great week in Rome.

Excellent value, spotlessly clean, great location and very helpul owner.

This is a great location for St Peter's Basilica / Vatican in general, and a great value place to stay. The owner took us (and the people in the flat below) for a walk on arrival, showing us the local shop/cafe/restaurants/newsagents, etc. He also arranged the taxi to/from the airport, and met us at the entrance to the apartments. Good for catching a bus or train into termini, or just walking to the castle and into the centre. We had a lovely stay.

Very nice apartment with a fantastic view

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. Nearby San Pietro with a wonderful view at the cupola. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and nicely furnished. We (2 adults and 3 children) enjoyed our holiday in rome (one week) although it was very hot in July. The air conditioning system in the two bedrooms was very easy to use and effective. The lessor Mr Minder was very kind and gave us good tips. We recommend it without restriction of any kind.

perfect location and great host

This condo exceeds our expectation. It is located 5 minutes walk from St. Peter's Square, in a quiet neighborhood. It's 6 minutes walk from the Roma St. Pietro train station. We often took the train to Roma Termini. The condo itself is very clean, well-maintained. and well decorated. Emidio is a great host. Before our trip, he replied all our emails super quickly and addressed all our questions and concerns. He took really good care of us during our trip. When we first arrived it was early morning and we could leave our luggage in the condo while the condo was being cleaned. Emidio showed us around the neighborhood and pointed out restaurants, groceries, bus stop, train station, etc. During our staying Emidio helped us printing out online tickets and delivered them to us, even though it was last minute sometimes. Highly recommended!

Agréable séjour à Rome

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome. Le logement est très bien situé à côté du Vatican et avec une vue incroyable sur le dôme. Les chambres sont très confortables et la salle de bains flambant neuve. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil: le propriétaire est très sympa et il nous a renseigné en français, sur tout ce que l'on pouvait trouver et faire à Rome.

Met all expectations

After reading all the reviews of Emidio's apartment, our expectations were very high. After spending two weeks there, they were surpassed. The location is ideal, close to the Vatican and public transportation and Stazione San Pietro. The amenities were very good allowing us to cook many meals......the neighbourhood grocery stores, bakery shop and restaurants were all closeby. Emidio is a very efficient landlord who tries his very best to please. It was magical to sleep in a comfortable bed basking in the shadows of St. Peter's dome. In no time it felt like home. Diese Wohnung war ein absoluter Glücksgriff, super ausgestattet, nett eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Besonders der Blick auf den Petersdom, einfach fantastisch!!! Der Vermieter total nett und hilfsbereit. Viele Dinge gut zu Fuß erreichbar, z.B. Petersdom/Vatikan, Engelsburg, spanische Treppe, Trevi Brunnen, Pantheon. Man kann diese Wohnung empfehlen. 5 stars for everything

I highly recommend this apartment, it was so clean, spacious,well stocked and in a quiet street literally 5 minute walk to St Peter's Square.There were 3 adults and 2 teenagers and we never felt cramped, plenty of space to chill out. Emidio, met us when we arrived and took us on quick tour of neighbourhood to show us shops, restaurants, where to buy bus/ metro tickets etc. The view from the bedroom and kitchen one was awesome especially at night when the dome of the basillica was illuminated. a balcony off the bedroom was perfect for early morning coffee watching the world wake up. The bus stop (number 64 bus) was across road and toook us everywhere we needed to go in city. Train station is a 6 min walk away. Supermarket 5 mins away, Chinese and Indian restaurant across street, reasonably priced. My only disappointment was the restaurant that was recommended was very disappointing in terms of food, Not good italian food, but I hope to return to Rome some day and will definately return to stay at Emindo's apartment.
