Está bien para pasar algunos días en Roma. En nuestro caso no funcionaba el frigobar, dijeron que lo repararian pero nunca lo hicieron. El calefactor para la noche tampoco funcionaba bien. Habia ruidos en la calle. Zona centrica y cerca de Termini. El personal es atento aunque con serios problemas de comunicación por el idioma.

Repetiríamos!
Lo recomiendo para una opción económica pero de calidad en Roma! El barrio en el que se encuentra es muy tranquilo y con restaurantes muy recomendables, en menos de media hora caminando estás en cualquier lugar turístico. La habitación es suficiente, tiene nevera y las camas son cómodas. El baño es amplio y hay servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas a diario. El personal es muy amable, volveríamos a alojarnos sin duda!

Como es normal, tú acudes a la recepción del hotel para recoger las tarjetas y poder entrar a tu habitación. Por ello, pusimos la ubicación en Google y nos llevó al hotel. Cuando entramos, el recepcionista serio que había, nos dijo que ese no era el edificio donde nos alojaríamos: el nuestro estaba mucho más lejos del centro. Pienso que cuando reservas hotel en una ciudad como Roma, donde te mueves caminando, la distancia es muy importante. Y si yo reservo y pago por estar en una localización debo de alojarme ahí. Cuando llegamos al edificio que nos correspondía, entramos y nos atendió un hombre simpático. La habitación de techo alto, nueva y moderna. Muy bien por esa parte. Cuando salimos, había un hombre italiano que fue muy antipático con nosotras. Le preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas, nos puso mala cara y nos dijo que volviésemos antes de las 22:00. Le dijimos que nuestro vuelo salía a las 19:00h y que por ello estaríamos ahí sobre las 16:00h. Cuando llegamos a recoger las maletas, mi compañera se sentó en una de las sillas que hay enfrente de la recepción porque necesitaba descansar y el hombre nos miraba mal en silencio invitándonos así a que nos fuéramos. Me llevé una decepción muy grande ya que leía comentarios en la web muy buenos acerca del personal. Llego ahí y nunca me he sentido tan incómoda. No es normal que de tres trabajadores, solo uno fuera amable. En definitiva, mi crítica va hacia la ubicación y hacia el personal.

I am really sorry what has happened and we beg our pardon if any amongst us have had different look at you. Sometimes, things go really bad with all circumstances unfavourable as you may consider the Receptionists are Human as well. But above any, we really care our clients and it is shown in our reviews. La habitación perfecta al nivel del precio. Sin embargo llegar a la habitación implicó un recorrido de 2 calles ya que no es el mismo edificio donde está la recepcion

Me gustó mucho la seguridad del lugar. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue que me dieron la habitación 405 que está al lado del ascensor, hacia mucho ruido, pero por suerte la gente que se hospedada se ve que manejamos los mismos horarios, así que no pedí cambio de habitación. El personal de recepción excelente atención. Pero cuando ingresás al hotel hay una señora con un perro salchicha negro que no saluda nunca. Tendría que tener el hotel en la puerta un cartel que diga dónde está la recepción, ya que está de costado y no a la entrada del establecimiento. El desayuno en el restaurante de la vuelta muy bueno. Recomiendo el lugar.

Nos alojaron en otro lugar al que muestran las fotos, al que estaba a un par de calles en un edidificio antiguo y enfrente del bar donde sirven el desayuno.La habitación y baños completamente nuevos, asi como las camas.

Address given was incorrect. They sent us to another address a few blocks away who then sent us to a different building (they have several apartments converted to rooms). Didn’t expect much for the price but the shower head was broken and the shower drained so slowly we had to keep shutting off the shower in order to not flood the place.

Excellent Security 3 Blocks From Roma Termini
The primary building of the 4 in this hotel complex is located at Via Varese, 5 and is the one I like to stay at as it has 24-hour desk personnel on duty and safe boxes in the rooms. When another building of the 4 I was assigned to didn't have either, the manager upgraded me at no charge to a larger room in the Via Varese, 5 building that had a safe box at no charge. This building has excellent security and is only 2-3 blocks from Rome's main train station, Roma Termini, which is great. My room showed its age and could definitely use a refresh, but it is very basic, functional, and clean so the price is reasonable for what you get. The management and other personnel are very friendly and helpful and I stay here all the time when I stop over for my short stays in Rome and will continue to do so in the future.

The location is close to Termini Train Station, metro station, and bus station which is perfect. (around 5 mins walk max) We stayed for 2 nights. 1st night was a nightmare, 1st on Check In there was a man that asked us about our religion and started to tell us about Islam and how we should wear! And the room he gave us was not the same one that we booked! It was a very tiny and dirty room! Especially when we told him about the pillow sheets he told us that they forgot to change it! Then there was a problem with the AC and there was no wifi! They told us that there was a problem with the wifi but it’s not from their side (noting that in the reception there was a wifi) so dunno how! Then at night when we came back to have our shower the towels were very dirty!! We went down to complain and we took other towels! We didn’t sleep at all on the 1st night! Then morning, there were a lady on the reception that was so kind and changed our room and we were surprised that there were wifi and only where we was first we didn’t have (which is the man I think his name was Hasan was lying !!!) The second night room was better and bigger, but overall for cleanliness they can be better!

The location is different from when I book the property, the actual address is "VIALE CASTRO PRETORIO 25 / Palma Residences in Rome" which is another 10 min walk from the original address. The check-in staff request us to pay for the reasonable city tax, but he ONLY accepts cash we do not bring too much cash travelling in Italy. In the end, he DOES have a card machine that he just somehow doesn't want to use, so we could pay the tax using a credit card after all. The room is very old and outdated. The floor seems to mop but is not super clean. The towels provided are heavily used. The AC is really strong which is nice. The shower is very tiny, just able to fit 1 person without turning too much. The showerhead has lots of moulds too. Overall I would want to stay in this place ever again.

We were lucky that we had an upgrade for the room. We had a lot of space for the two of us, in a four person room. The residence lays near by the center city, which makes it easy to walk in and to the area.

I booked 2 rooms. When we checked in about 7 pm, the hotels transferred us to Palma Residence, Building 2, which is very old and dirty residence, without telling us in advance. Receptionists is so so but the cleaning lady named Elisa is wonderful. She was very kind and helpful in assisting us to put luggages in the storage in Palma Residence, building 1 where we thought we would be staying there. Thanks much Elisa. In short, we are very disappointed and will never come back this residence. It needs to be improved in cleanliness and room amenities.

The Location is one of the most requested place from all clients. Old buildings in Rome is very normal as this is an antique city. Rooms are are quite modern with all facilities. Outside premises is only dirty in look due to Millions of travellers pass through Termini station zone where we are situated. We regret deeply for your dissatisfaction but there is little from our paret to do. Thanks and best wishes -

It was basic, a little older already, but fresh towels and sheets every day. Close to termini station. We had a good stay, but like i said it was basic, you had a shower, toilet, and it was big room.
