Loved this flat! Great amount of Soave with living area and bedroom. Plenty of space for luggage. Only issues were the keys (never got them to work so just continued using the code.) and washer leaked. Great communication with owners! Location was exquisite! Would stay here again!

The apartment was described 100% accurately, new remodel was a plus. The location was perfect and made it easy for me to get around Rome and see all the major sites. The apartment was nice and quiet at night and I was able to get some much needed rest after sightseeing all day.

Fab location, adorable and quaint apartment, just as pictured!

Loved it! If you’re wondering about location, wonder no more! This was in the center of everything and we walked everywhere. Pantheon, Colosseum, Trastevere, Monti, Roman Forum, amazing restaurants tucked into every single nook and cranny. Amazing cheese shops steps away. Apartment is in a really neat old building, could really feel the history and character, very cute inside and matched picture exactly. Bedroom, bathroom, living room/kitchen and laundry are separated rooms which was important to me since my partner sleeps in and I like to have my coffee and make noise without disturbing him like I would in a hotel room. The hosts gave great lists of recommended places to eat, sightsee, shop. We were very happy with our stay.

Great location, amazing A/C

This apartment kept cool even during a record-breaking heat wave in June 2025! We turned the two mini-splits off during our daily jaunts, but it was so well insulated we came home each day to a very cool apartment. What a blessing! Warning that the entrance door to the apartment is narrow and a challenge to get in with baggage, but don't let that deter you. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location to explore all of Rome

We arrived at the apartment after midnight and the videos that were sent ahead of time were so helpful as we were tired! Within minutes we were settled in and ready for our vacation. The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring Rome and Campo de Fiori was incredibly inviting. We had most of our meals out and about and we were able to take the delicious leftovers back with us to enjoy later. We highly recommend this location and the owners ensured we were accommodated.

The location is perfect. Wonderful typical Roman restaurants near by, close enough to everything without being in the crowds. Comfortable bed, air conditioning g worked well. Great the have a wash machine. They kindly left umbrellas and a cart to use for shopping. Very clean. Definitely would stay here again. Potato pizza to die for Roscioli downstairs!

Location, location

Perfect location to walk to major sites in central Rome. Next door is a grocery and a bar with delicious pastries is two or three doors down.Excellent air conditioning and comfortable bed were nice after a hot day around the city. The kitchen is handy for linger stays, but the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly, and the washer only worked intermittently. However, as mentioned, the location was perfect.

Life at 75

This is a property that is surrounded by true expectation of tourist needs. A grocery store, restaurants, and lots of good shopping for Italian wearables. The fresh market was great and very close.Getting set up in the apartment is easy if you are 30 and in good shape. Take this like I wrote it.As this was my first visit to Europe I had no idea of what to expect.Example is I use a face cloth to shave and wash in shower. They do not have them…Location was great.

Parfaitement situé

L'appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel et équipé à la perfection. Tout est prévu: verres à vin, à eau, tasses à café, mugs, liquide vaisselle, torchon, des serviettes en quantité. La literie est impeccable, le lit comme le convertible. Le quartier est très central mais très calme. Le campo dei fiori, à quelques pas est l'endroit rêvé pour l'aperitivo. Une adresse à retenir!

Petit appartement pratique et super bien placé dans Rome

Cote positif : emplacement idéal aussi bien pour les visites que pour faire quelques courses ( petit magasin carrefour tout à côté ainsi qu’un excellent boulanger )Présence d’un ascenseur appréciableCote négatif: il manque vraiment un faitout pour faire cuire les pâtes,des tasses à café ( il n’y en a qu’une seule ) et des mugs pour le thé

Outstanding location

The location and appointment of the apartment is outstanding. Just a few steps from Torre Argentina, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Jewish Ghetto, Trastevere and other major attractions. Lively street but very quiet and peaceful inside. Great restaurants all around and grocery store just around the corner.

Great apartment in the perfect location

Our family loved this place! It was centrally located and super easy to get inside. Comfortable with everything we needed. The only issue was that the toilet smelled quite a bit. They suggested to run the shower but nothing seemed to help

Great location and perfect accommodation

A 25 minute walk or 15 minute cab ride from the Termini train station its location is perfect! Great shopping and restaurants within literally steps. Quiet and cozy. The host gave excellent instructions on how to get into the building and features of the apartment. Highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint!!

Great location in Rome

Property was as advertised, however the bathroom is much smaller than it looked like in the photos. It’s in a great location and it was very comfortable. Would recommend this property to a couple. It’s a bit small for more than 2 people.

Apartment in Rome

We were a little uncomfortable with the you tube check in process since I wasn’t getting WiFi well but once connected it went well. The apartment is very secure, roomy and comfortable. We were looking forward to a balcony that overlooked the street but it faced the interior of the building. The location was perfect though and we really didn’t miss a balcony. The hostess was very responsive and helpful.

3 Night Stay

Great little place, within walking distance of all the major landmarks you want to see. Very close to great restaurants and nightlife. Check in process was very easy, would stay there again!
