The host is friendly and does her best to support guests. The location is great, right in the center of Rome and close to the Vatican. There are many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Our host and the central location and the condition of the apartment. The apartment was nicely renovated. It was 20 minutes walk from Vatican City and the Heart of old Ancient Rome. L Bracier restaurant in the same building. Very good Italian food. Better than all the other restaurants we tried for lunch. So we ate there every dinner!! Very close to grocery stores and the beautiful Piaza Nuvonna. Olivia the owner was very helpful!

The apartment was in the perfect, centralized location for all of the sites we wanted to see! Everything was walkable - the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the churches, so many breathtaking churches! The apartment was clean, and the owner was always reachable for any questions/

The location was great, a lot of restaurants, bars, shopping. The AC didn’t work the entire time of our stay. There were also only one set of towel's and no extras.

Great location

Check-in was easy! Olivia was a great communicator, and the apartment was as described. We had two small concerns during our stay. The bedroom window would not latch at the top, and it was noisy until the late hours of the night. Unfortunately, Olivia was not able to get someone in to fix it during our stay. The other issue was that we couldn't get the TV to work. Olivia tried to help us via messaging, but still no success. Luckily, we could watch movies on our computer.Overall, a nice place, and we could walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay, and host!

We had a wonderful stay, the check in was simple and the location of the apartment was fantastic. Apartment is just as shown in the pictures and list. Communication was great with our host. We would easily stay here again, and everything was simple and location is perfect to everything in Rome you will want to do. Highly recommend this apartment if its just a couple/2 people.

Older was really very nice. However, property access seemed unnecessarily complex which was reinforced when on our last night at 11:30pm, people arrived to stay in the apartment next to ours and woke us up with repetitive screeching buzzer from downstairs because they couldn’t reach the host. Great location to all of the essential sites of Roma. Grazie

Cozy and perfectly located

A historical building in one of the best parts of Rome. You can walk anywhere in the historical centre. Lovely local designer shops and the best coffee-places in town are all nearby. A supermarket in 50 metres. Very quiet for such a central location. The apartment is small, but very well organized. In January it was warm and we had plenty of hot water. Olivia was very kind and caring. Thanks for an early check-in, it saved us after a whole night flight. We hope to be back soon!

Self catering in central Rome

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean comfortable and well-equipped. It's in a very central location for getting about on foot - both St Peter's and the Castel Sant'Angelo in one direction, the Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and the Pantheon in another. Added to this is the frequency of buses serving the area. An added bonus is a wonderful restaurant right next door - very good traditional cuisine, friendly service at extremely reasonable prices. A very special mention must be made of the owner, Olivia. She was so quick to answer the simplest of questions - I was pretty sure I must have driven her to distraction with some of my queries, but she was patient, helpful and speedy with her replies. This all helped to make our stay in Rome a great success.

What’s App did not work well. If another resident who knew the apartment had not happened by, we could not have gotten in. She was able to talk to the daughter of the owner in Italian and translate for us. In fairness, we were early and wanted to drop off our bags. Had that not been the case, the situation might have been different. We lived the location. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to go and the neighborhood was delightful with the shops and sidewalk cafés. We would recommend the property to anyone looking for such a location.

Close to Everything

This apartment was in the best location! It is central to all the major sites and also on a bus line. There were so many shops, groceries and food options just around the corner. The apartment itself is small, with a small kitchenette, but has everything you need if your plan is to be out and about most of the time. Note that Rome Termini is not very close (especially with luggage) but it is an easy 20 min bus ride. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and owner communication

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Rome that gives you access to all of the major sites as well as good food, this is it. Owner is great at responding to questions. And clear about the stairs leading to the apartment. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Olivia was very welcoming and kind. She helped us with directions and was very accommodating. The communication was good for checking in, and the room is in a great location, close to everything.
