Perfecto

El piso es igual que el anuncio, perfecto para ver Roma. Limpio y comodo.Está bien situado. A 20 minutos caminando de todos los sitios (Fontana diTrevi, Vaticano, Vaticano, Coliseum) y a 7 min de la Plaza Narbona. El trato con el propietario y con Simona, que nos recibió a la llegada, perfecto. La comunicación fue muy fluida. Volveremos.

No me gusto

Primero tuvimos que esperar media hora en la puerta del apartamento Segundo el agua caliente de la ducha tardaba bastante en salir y lo normal es que a mitad de la ducha volviera a salir fría Tercero una de las dos habitaciones solo tenia un sofá cama, que no es lo mismo que una cama Tercero fuera de las habitaciones no había un sillón donde sentarse cómodamente, para eso mejor la habitación de un hotel Para lo que se pago mejor un hotel

Excelente departamento!!!!

Realmente quiero destacar este departamento! Varios aspectos a considerar: El proceso de reserva fue facil y rapido. El propietario, sr. Francesco, siempre respondio todas mis inquietudes y estuvo atento a todos los detalles, facilitandome la contratacion de un servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto que funciono perfectamente. El departamento es excelente, en cuanto a comodidad, equipamiento, ubicacion. Inmejorable!!!!!!!!! Sin dudas, es un departamento para recomendar y al que volveremos la proxima vez que estemos en Roma!

This apartment could not have been any better. The location is perfect and you are located within a short walking distance of every major attraction. The apartment is situated in a quiet location with many small cafes, bars and shops. The apartment itself is very comfortable and is very well equipped and quiet and has everything needed for a prefect stay. Francisco the owner is amazing and will do everything that he can to make sure you have everything you need, and will go overboard to make sure your stay will be perfect. Any request to him was answered immediately and to our satisfaction. I cannot praise Francisco enough for the way things were handled. This is perfect location for anybody that wants an apartment in the middle of Rome, that is comfortable, great value for money and close to everything. We would definitely go back when in Rome.

We are from the States so I’m not sure if our expectations are different than Europeans. It was an excellent location. Checkin was easy. Simona was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions for places to eat. The safe in the apartment was nice to have. They made up the pull out couch so we had two beds which was nice. Washer/dryer didn’t work like we thought. We were able to wash clothes but the dryer didn’t dry clothes as expected but there was a drying rack to use. The cleaners forgot to put toilet tissue in the apartment so we bought some at the local grocery store which is only a block away and very convenient. The kitchen we only used for coffee. The coffee maker took forever so I just used the kettle to heat water and poured it in the coffee maker to make coffee. Some of the outlets didn’t seem to work with our converters. All in all it fit our needs with minor inconveniences.

We loved our stay here at the rent home! Perfectly located, within walking distance to all of the great sites to see around Rome. Apartment was clean, fully stocked with all of the essentials, and perfect for our family of 4. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Excellent Hosts

Francisco and Mrs Simona were great, they both communicated great before and during our stay. The location was great and we walked to almost everything we wanted to see in Rome. The washing machine even broke the first day there and they had someone there the next morning to fix it. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent unit and great location!

My husband, 23-year old daughter and I just returned home from a one week stay at this unit in Rome and we just loved it. The beds in the two rooms were very comfortable and the unit was very roomy for our three adults, but it could have easily fit more. We selected this apartment for its location and it was definitely a very good choice. It is walkable to so many of Rome's most sought out sites. But we also loved the unit because it was fully stocked with everything we needed including an in-unit washer dryer, an air conditioning unit that worked really well and sufficient hot water for all of us to shower comfortably. With supermarkets, ATMs, and many cafes and restaurants nearby, our stay was made very easy. I had an unfortunate accident right before our trip to Rome which put me in the hospital for a week, so I was worried before the trip about how I would maneuver things in Rome. But the unit having an elevator made it easy for me to get in and out of the apartment with my walker, and the Uber system in Rome has evolved so well that I was able to get picked up at the door of the building and dropped off at our destinations very smoothly. I would highly recommend this apartment. The unit proprietor (Francesco) and his apartment manager (Ms. Simona) were very responsive and helpful during the booking process and our stay. We were even booked round trip transfers to/from the Rome airport. We very much enjoyed our Rome visit and appreciated all that this unit had to offer.

We couldn’t have picked a better location for our family to stay! 3 min and you’re in Campo de' Fiori!! We had six people and had beds for everyone. Simona met us at check in and showed us all of the subtle nuances. This was very handy as (my fault for not reading the manual) we tripped the breaker using the oven and washing machine together. I was able to go to the first level to flip it. They have an elevator which was fantastic for our luggage! Taxi station nearby as well. The location on this is ideal!

Great stay in Rome

The property presented just like the photos depicted on the website. Our adult daughter shared the apartment with my wife and I which resulted in using the lounge area as a second bedroom. This in turn reduced the communal area to the kitchen area which was not a huge problem for us as we spent most of our time out and about. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. We cannot express our gratitude enough to our host Francesco who assisted us so much during our stay.

Very useful apartment

Very practical apartment. Nice kitchen, good quality linens. Sandwiched between a busy street ( which might be too noisy for some) and a cute, artsy back alley street behind.

Fun Stay in Navona

Very good location. Can walk to almost every site. Easy bus or taxi, right across the street. Supermarket 2 blocks. Every restaurant imaginable. Francesco very cooperative and place clean and quiet at night.

Fabulous!

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Rome. If you are driving, there is a parking garage literally 5 minutes' walk away, outside the ZTL. The apartment is ideally located for exploring all the sights of Rome, with a small grocery store across the street, and great restaurants everywhere. The apartment itself is a nice size, with a very comfortable bed, and a well-stocked kitchen (and may I mention just how much I love finding scissors in a kitchen?). Highly recommend!!Nonbuttwpairs!)

Perfect Apartment in Perfect Location

Our stay was perfect in every way. We took advantage of the ride service offered and were met at the airport. Simona checked us in and provided information about everything in the apartment, as well as great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. Francesco was quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment had everything we needed and is located within walking distance of most major tourist spots and great little neighborhoods. We would definitely stay there again!

Best apartment in Rome!

This apartment was so clean and had everything that we needed including a washer, drying rack for clothes, luggage holders, umbrellas, (which we didn’t need!) and electrical plugs. The location couldn’t have been better. We walked everywhere. Francesco was very helpful when we had any questions. Mrs Simona greeted us at the apartment and was so helpful showing us everything we needed to know. I absolutely recommend this apartment.

Great communication and the host was very helpful. He helped with my transfers from airport and to the cruise ship. Rosa was there when we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. Location is so easily accessible to a lot of attractions. Thanks for great accommodations.
