Our host was very responsive. Check-in was all done remotely, but I think this was an exception. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect!!! walk-in distance to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain etc…When we return to Rome, I would want to stay here again.

The host's communication was excellent, and we were well prepared with how to find the apartment from the airport. Each room has an air conditioner, and there was also an extra oscillating fan for comfort. The apartment was clean, with plenty of pillows and linens.Location was perfect for us, and we walked most everywhere. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent Location

We had an amazing stay at this excellent location. Accommodations were spacious and clean, just as appeared in the photos. Great air-conditioning, which was important on the HOT days! Amazing location - we were able to walk everywhere!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Il Grillo Ai Fori Romani with our family of four. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an absolutely unbeatable location. We were able to walk to many of Rome’s most famous attractions, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. The surrounding neighborhood was full of outstanding restaurants and cafés, making every meal memorable.A special thank you to our host, Santino, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He coordinated seamless transportation from the airport to the apartment and later from the apartment to the cruise port, making our trip completely stress-free. His recommendations and communication were excellent.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to begin our Italian vacation and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place for a family to stay in Rome

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable. Santino was very helpful and met us on location to show us how everything worked. Would love to stay there again!

Great place!

We felt really well located, we wanted something a little quieter as we were traveling with my mom and daughter. Very close walk to the colosseum! Everything was super nice and he was a fabulous host.

This property is perfect for a family of 4! The location is amazing! Walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Forum, great restaurants, etc. We highly recommend staying here for a visit in Rome.

Rome stay in the middle of the city.

The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located in Rome. We were able to walk to many sights and nearby restaurants. Our host was helpful and easy to contact. I would recommend this property to all.

Admire ancient Rome from your apartment window!

Clean unit with everything you need as a home base, in an absolutely AMAZING location. Helpful and friendly host family. Don't miss the restaurant right next door - best pasta we found in Rome.

Loved our stay here!

My family of 3 (2 adults and a 13 year old) loved our time in Rome and stay at this apartment. The location was wonderful (right near everything, but still quiet at night) and it was a great amount of space for 3.

Great apartment in a great location

We were steps away from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Great coffee, restaurants, and gelato were located in the same neighborhood. Easy walking to many other major tourist sites.

Quick visit in the heart of Rome

The property was a nice size for two couples. The beds were not the most comfortable but they were adequate for our two nights there. The location was perfect for walking to many of the historic sites in Rome.
