  • El apartamento THE NUMBER 44 tiene una superficie de 130 metros cuadrados, todos decorados y amueblados con un gusto y un encanto impecables, todos equipados con todas las comodidades que necesita para disfrutar de su estancia, donde un máximo de 8 personas pueden dormir cómodamente si son de la misma familia o amigos que viajan juntos prefieren estar juntos en lugar de dividirse en 2 apartamentos. Ofrecemos 2 habitaciones con 2 baños privados, una tercera cama en las habitaciones si es necesario, un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar, una cocina muy bien equipada que se abre a un gran balcón privado con mesa y sillas para una cena de verano, aire acondicionado o calefacción, WiFi y TV vía satélite, lavadora, plancha, así como ropa de cama, toallas gratuitas, café, té y azúcar, champú y jabón complementarios también.
    Este apartamento ha sido completamente renovado y convertido en una casa de vacaciones en marzo de 2016.
    Este es un excelente apartamento que alquilamos para un máximo de 8 personas de la misma familia o grupo de amigos que viajan juntos.

Good location with easy access to all public transit but close enough to be able to walk to the Vatican and a few other great sites. The beds were comfortable and clean and manager checked in with us once in our four days to see how we were doing. Good restaurants close by and grocery stores. Overall great experience.

This is a great location, especially if you want to be close to Saint peters Basilica and the surrounding area. We felt very safe and well taken care of! There are lots of restaurants close that are good especially Boris Cocina. We will definitely stay here again! Miss Ada was welcoming and responded quickly.

Very clean compared to other places I have stayed in Rome. Nicely renovated. Has front and back garden. Inside a gate for the apartment building for added layer of security.

Great spot to experience Rome

This was a nice spot to get an authentic experience in Rome and was close enough to the city center to take a bus to the popular spots like the Vatican and Colosseum.

Very nice clean property. Near shops and restaurants. Loved the outdoor area and pictures were very accurate of the listing. Easy walk to the Vatican. Also apartment bright and owner easy to work with. Would stay again!

wonderful accomodations

This place was perfect for two couples. It is a bit of a drive to most of the sites but that aside it was much quieter and the accommodations were perfect.

What a great,comfortable and clean place to stay. In a quieter neighborhood but still close to everything. The host was exceptional with recommendations and communication. Highly recommend this stay.

Schönes, sauberes Apartment in Laufweite zu wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mit allem was man braucht (Restaurants, Supermarkt) in der Nähe. Wirklich tolle Unterstützung und Kommunikation des Host! Sehr freundlich, umfassende Information und super Unterstützung! Nur zu empfehlen.

Outstanding property

lovely apartment, spacious, clean, with all needs catered for. Very peaceful and quiet with shops and restaurants very close by and only 15 minute walk to the Vatican.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as advertised. Host was super helpful before and during the trip even helping us get travel arrangements to the airport for our trip home. Bus stop was just up the street making it easy to get into the heart of Rome and all the attractions. Some nice restaurants and a grocery store very close to the location. The only item that was not expected was lack of available parking. We had a rental car from other Italy travel but had no luck finding a spot for it and took it back to the rental agency the day we arrived. I should have expected this being it is Rome but is something you should know if you are looking at staying here. The parking was a small issue but we would stay here again without questions. I highly recommend it for its location, host and cleanliness.

Perfect way to start our holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. From the property manager giving us advice to the comfort of the apartment to being able to eat breakfast on the lovely garden porch to the proximity of Vatican City and the sites in Rome. Highly recommended.

Overall our stay were pleasant & excellent. Everything is what Im expected, the manager of the property is easy to communicate, very friendly, help us arranged our ride from & to the airport. I’ll recommend it to my friends.
