The Space:

An elegant apartment for 2 guests in one of Rome's most iconic locations. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed; there is one full bathroom and a kitchen equipped for preparing meals, with fridge, stove, coffee maker and wine glasses. The real plus is the private terrace, a quiet outdoor corner where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine away from the city buzz. A laptop-friendly workspace makes it easy to work or plan your days. Air conditioning, heating, a TV and fast Wi-Fi complete the comfort of this refined home steps from the Trevi Fountain.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 7th floor of the building; a lift serves the floors up to the 6th, after which there is one short flight of stairs. Guests have full, independent access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace, for the duration of the stay. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Trevi is the beating heart of historic Rome. The apartment is just steps from the Trevi Fountain, with the Spanish Steps, the Quirinale and the Pantheon all within a short walk. The area is packed with cafes, restaurants, boutiques and gelaterias, and most of the city's masterpieces are reachable on foot. Staying here means living inside the postcard, with Rome's beauty quite literally at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

The location is supremely central and best explored on foot: the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna are all within walking distance. The Spagna and Barberini metro stations (line A) are nearby, connecting you quickly to Termini and the rest of the city, and frequent buses serve the area. From here much of Rome is within easy reach without ever needing a car.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

The private terrace is for the exclusive use of the apartment.

There is no washing machine inside the apartment.

Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised before your arrival.

Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, 9:00-17:30.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
