The property was exactly as described, and very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Having three bathrooms was ideal, (considering we were staying with two teen boys). We found the location to also be ideal for exploring the city. The communication was promptly responsive and extremely helpful with numerable suggestions. The host seamelessly arranged for transport to and from the airport and offered to set up any other transportation we might need. We will return in the future and would not hesitate to book this property again. Thanks for Chianti... Ciao! Jill & Dave :)

We stayed on this property for four days during lent. Location was great. Our main goal was to jubilee and being close to Vatican was really convenient.Pros: Location. Very close to public transportation.Size. We were four and having two full bathrooms and half bathroom was really good.Quiet neighborhood.Easy checking process.Cons: Apartment was not clean. Floor was duty. Coffee machine and oven tray were duty.The smell in the apartment was not the best.

We enjoyed the unit and the balcony, felt very safe. Was great to have an elevator with the larger bags. The property manager was very helpful with booking car to and from airport, being on time and communication was great. It’s a quick walk to the Vatican and we used Uber frequently to get around to other sights. We wanted kids to see every day life over tourist areas, and this showed that, grocery store just up the street. We liked this place for the bunk beds and was perfect for teens. Had steps up to top bunk. Also nice to have two bathrooms. We appreciate the communication and helpfulness of the team.

Everything was perfect. Commuincation was excellent from start to finish with Ilaria. We knew all the details about the place and the surounding area. The place was in good condition. The loaction for us was nice, becuase it was quiet and away from the crowds of Rome, bu with easy access to the train system or buses.

Great host all around. Allan was very helpful! Apartment is cozy but everything was nice, new & clean. Steps from Vatican City and Saint Peter's Basilica which is a must see! Excellent location! Close to great restaurants. This side of Rome is really clean and quaint. Great access to everything you need and walkable to all Vatican sites. Highly recommend this host!

The place was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the windows in the bedroom that lead to the kitchen. If someone is in the kitchen at night it shines in the bedroom. Would be nice if there were curtains up there.

My family and I visited Rome for the first time and this place is clean, convenient, and just perfect for a family of 4 (or more!) Check in was easy, local conveniences also made things easy. And it’s in a quiet part of town, which we liked.

We’re comfortable and check in was easy, Allen was extremely helpful and pleasant. Not only helped with all we need, he scheduled our transportation to airport which was flawless and inexpensive.

We loved our stay here. It was beautiful, clean and convenient. We were able to drop off luggage ( a huge plus after a red eye) and get in earlier than expected. One night the power went off and Allan was very helpful and communicative. He got it back on within hours which was great because it was hot out! We loved this place and would recommend it to all families!! The balcony was superior.
