Vatican Luxury Apt with Garden

Refined, elegant and cosy apartment with furnished garden close to Vatican Museums (15 minutes walk away). Located in the elegant Balduina district of Rome. Very comfortable, ideal for a family, can accommodate up to 6 people.
The “Cipro” metro station is just 9 minutes walk away and 3 stops away from Piazzale del Popolo and Rome historic center.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome.
The apartment is composed by: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and separated big bathtub, another double bedroom, a kitchen, a spacious living room with a sofa bed (200 cm x 140 cm - will be prepared only in case of 5 or 6 guests booking), another bathroom with shower, a spacious (60sqm) paved garden furnished to relax and enjoy meals outside.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the bedrooms and in the living room), autonomous heating, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle and toaster.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment

In the apartment there is a floor-level spiral staircases descending to the underground bedroom and there are garden railings overlooking lowered areas of the garden itself. Guest must constantly monitor if there are minors or non self-sufficient people in the apartment.
Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper; failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
The sofa bed will be prepared only in case of 5 or 6 guests booking.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide an id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a lease agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of €135 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs €50 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
If during your stay we have to come and open the house because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
