Damiano was so great. He helped us get a transfer to and from the airport. Was so communicative, he helped carry our bags up and let us keep them in his office. Then we luckily had a little earlier check in then assumed. Apartment is charming, GREAT LOCATION. Can walk literally anywhere. Street is busy, a little loud on a Saturday night but didn’t bother us since we come from a city. Great shower pressure and blow dryer. Would def stay again. Also bed was great. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful host. They let us drop our bags off early and provided a driver for extra fees but made our arrival to Rome extra quick and stress-free. We loved the Roman feel of the apartment, the amenities, and the cleanliness. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Rome.

Couldn’t ask for a better location- 30-minute walks to Vatican City and the Colosseum, and only 10-15 minutes to get to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. Plenty of dining options nearby. Host was very easy to reach, and was extremely helpful assisting us with securing transportation to the airport on our final day. Property is located on a busy street, so a bit noisy during the day, but settled down pretty quickly after dark. Clean and very secure; will definitely be recommending to friends!

Gorgeous updated vintage flat

Lovely vintage flat with updated touches for the modern traveler looking for an authentic Italian flat. Comms with the host were fantastic and they additionally had a private car service offering to the airport that we used (60 - luxury SUV) which was great. Place was clean.and perfect for our needs. Good spot for a family of 4 at max. Super charming and great location (close to many key locations). Additionally prob one of the best pasta restraints and gelato spots less than 1 block away - you will know when you get there (always a line at both and well worth it). We were their to explore but the property is on a main road so if you are a light sleeper or plan on sleeping in all day - this might not be the place for you as road traffic is easily heard. We did t mind as we sleep hard and were out during most of the day. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious in good location

We enjoyed the space of the flat and that it was an easy walk to Piazza Navona. Communication with the host was easy and they were accommodating when we arrived late for check-in appointment because I entered the wrong address.

Great location

Damiano and Mary were awesome hostesses!From helping us arrange transportation on 25th Dec to easily accommodate our check in and check out times, Damiano and Mary made our stay convenient and smooth.They were simply a message away to very promptly assist us with anything.We found the apartment clean and all ready for our stay.The location is very convenient and we easily moved around Roma either walking or taking public buses. There are bus stops literally a few metres from the entrance to the building.This is a lively location, very close to all the great Roman highlights.

We didn’t want to leave!

We loved this apartment so much. First of all, it had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchenette for snacks & light meals at home, sofa bed big enough for our two giant teenage sons to share comfortably, & charming painted ceilings so we felt surrounded by Rome at all times. Check-in was quick & easy, & Damiano was fantastic with every contact. Most importantly, the central location was unbelievable. We could pop out to the Campo de Fiori market or the Piazza Navona Christmas market in just minutes, plus anything farther away like the Colosseum or Vatican were still a straight shot, so it was a breeze to find our way anywhere in town. Our favorite thing way to wind down each evening was to choose a different nearby side street to wander down. We always felt safe & never ran out new things to see, eat, & experience in the neighborhood. Because of its location, some light sleepers may be sensitive to the street sounds outside, but we loved giving our sons the full city experience (& it’s no worse than anywhere else in the world.) I usually like to stay different places if I visit a city more than once, but I would happily come back here again & again.

Perfect flat near Piazza Navona

This was a apartment in the heart of Rome that had all the necessary amenties we needed including a laundry machine. Mary, our host, was very accommodating and quickly helped us resolve an issue we had with arranged transportation to the flat. We wanted to be in the heart of Rome for convenience are were not put off by the hustle and bustle of the location. We were within walking distance or short cab ride to just about everything. Some people not used to a central urban location may be put off by the people and noise.

Great apartment in an excellent location.

This was a great find! One of the best things about this place was the host, Damiano. He was incredibly responsive and communicate, and he was very flexible. We had the option to extend trip an extra day and he allowed us to stay an extra day without gouging us on the price ... we just paid the regular amount. He was also available if we had questions, and before we arrived, he sent a really detailed sheet with suggestions about the area. I can't recommend him highly enough! The apartment was in a great location; everything was easy to get to either by walking or by public transport. Though there wasn't a metro station nearby, there were several bus stops and a taxi stand very close to the flat. The apartment was just as pictured and was very neat and clean. The washing machine was a huge plus for us. It should be noted that it is on a major street so sleeping with windows open was not an option due to noise. But it was amazing how quiet the apartment was with the windows shut. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and good location

This is a cozy and good location unit, easy heat to everywhere, good for traveler, the unit provides fridge and laundry, also a mini kitchen, good cor couple, host Mary and Domiano are very nice people, thanks for them help, if the bedroom can provide a better blanket will be perfect, the one in the bedroom now is too thin, just give some advice, thanks again.
