maravilloso apartamento en el corazón de Roma DISFRUTE

Mi apartamento ", ubicado en un antiguo palacio de 1800, y 'en el segundo piso, con ascensor. He restaurado el apartamento en un estilo moderno y contemporáneo, añadiendo un toque de diferencia entre historiador moderno. Tiene una gran sala con cocina, cuarto de lavado, 5 habitaciones dobles, incluyendo un cuádruples y 5 cuartos de baño en todas las habitaciones. WIFI en todo el hotel, y TV en las habitaciones y en la sala común. Dispongo de 1 montón de clave cada habitación entera para ser la mayoría de los clientes independientes. This apartment is located in a very convenient area, close to supermarket, restuarants and train station.Guido is a very good property manager. He has been very very helpful from the beginning when I plan to rent the apartment for the family stay in December. As a first time visitor to Italy, he provided me all the guidance on information I needed and go out of his way to help and assist. I truly appreciate all his help. Our family had a very nice stay at the apartment. I will definitely stay in his apartment again if our family visit Rome the next time. This is truly a gem for a family stay in Rome. Perfect

The location is desirable. Close to Roma Termini, shops,churches and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Communication with Guido was easy and most pleasant. You won’t be disappointed if you book this apartment.

Best Host Ever!!

Downtown Rome

Great location, close to many of the attractions. Air conditioning worked good, there is an elevator to use to help get luggage up and down because your on the 3rd floor. Lots of hot water for showers, we were a group of 12 and would definitely stay again if visiting Rome.

Amazing stay!

This property is perfect for a larger group or family. We had a group of 13 and everyone was comfortable in their own rooms. The apartment was clean, had good amenities, and we were able to check in easily. Definitely recommend.

Great for Big Group!

We had to find a place in Rome for 13 people - so it was tough. The apartment itself was great. Clean, host communication was great. The only drawback was the location. The neighborhood is a little rough. I would recommend a taxi vs the subway for later nights. Overall, it was pretty good.

Fantastic Apartment in a Nice location

Our stay was fantastic. It perfectly fit 6 adults and 4 kids. We each had our own rooms in pairs of two and the kids rooms could have fit more because of the bunk beds. Each room had its own bathroom which was a big help. It was wonderfully cool in the apartment because of the AC. The check in process was super smooth. The restaurant below and the location of the grocery store just 30 seconds away made it nice for a quick snack and to grab food for eating in the apartment. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and it completely lived up to the listing.

Graduation trip

Celebrating two high school graduations with a girls trip. Seven adults and two children ages twelve and five. Great space for all of us! Each room with its own bathroom. Grocery store two minutes walk away. There is an elevator but a few steps to go up to get to it. Guido was great! One of our party was sick during our stay and he helped getting her medicine and even brought it to the VRBO for her! There also was an issue with the kitchen sink and Guidio had a plumber come fix it within an hour after we told him! The location is good. A little bit of a walk to main attractions. But in a quiet area that we liked. Would stay here again!

Perfect for large family

In the heat of Rome, we loved that it was air conditioned. Family said it was a little oasis for us when we needed a break. One of the best features is that each room had private bathroom and shower. Location was great for us since it is right across the street from one of the four major basilica’s of Rome. Parking is hit or miss. We parked far away when we arrived in the afternoon and then went back and brought cars closer when evening set in and streets were less crowded. You do have to pay the parking meter fees. I also think it’s good to be prepared for the Rome city tourist tax. It’s around $6 a head each day. Totally legit but can be a surprise. We absolutely loved our stay even if some of the other tenants seemed annoyed at our presence as tourist. I highly recommend this for place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome.
