The apartment is located right in the heart of Rome’s famous Trastevere neighborhood, tucked away behind a small door on the street that you’ll never forget.
There’s an endless selection of bars and restaurants, all right around you.
All the major attractions in Rome’s Historic Center are within walking distance: Trastevere, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, and the Vatican.
Not to mention the streets lined with “Made in Italy” shopping... Via Frattina, Via Condotti, Via del Corso...

**Very quiet apartment** Modern, cozy, and well-equipped

The apartment is located right in the heart of Rome’s famous Trastevere neighborhood.
An old “Trastevere shop” transformed into a 30-square-meter mini-loft equipped with everything you need. Your cozy retreat with a street-facing entrance in Trastevere.

AC / Netflix TV / Wi-Fi / Fireplace

Double bed, dining table, and sofa bed (for 1 guest), the loft is perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family; the kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking.
Sheets and towels will be provided to all guests upon arrival. This is the ideal place to relax and feel at home while enjoying “la dolce vita.”

When you arrive in Rome, you can take a taxi and tell the driver to take you to the apartment’s address (if you’ve opted for our airport pickup, the driver will know exactly where to take you).
When you arrive at the apartment, you’ll find someone there to welcome you and show you around.
Remember that we’re here to make your vacation enjoyable, and we’re in touch with tour guides and restaurants, so if you have any special requests, don’t hesitate to ask—we may be able to help you and suggest places to visit.

Additional services are available, such as bike rentals and transportation to and from the airport. Guided tours and in-home chef service.

Transparency: Our primary goal is to have 100% satisfied customers, but there are always certain aspects that some guests are more sensitive to than others. So we prefer to be the first to point out aspects that some guests have found particularly sensitive:
- As should be fairly obvious from the photos :-D, the apartment has no other windows besides the small one in the bathroom and the glass front door
- On days with heavy rain, it’s best to keep the bathroom window closed (as mentioned in the description, Trastevere is an old neighborhood with old pipes and drains. On some days, you may notice an unpleasant odor in the neighborhood)
- The washing machine doubles as a dryer, but it’s not perfect. There is a radiator in the bathroom for final drying.
- The shower is small, and the hot water doesn’t last long (the water heater is electric, and once the hot water runs out, it takes a few hours to refill. It’s not like gas water heaters, where the hot water is constant)
- The TV isn’t listed as an optional extra because you can only watch it with the included Amazon Fire Stick (you’ll have Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc., but not those boring Italian TV shows :-D)
- Some guests thought the toilet seat was broken because it’s removable. It’s not broken… it’s just designed that way (we can’t replace it because it’s a toilet/bidet that must meet specific legal requirements for small apartments). Other than that, it works perfectly and normally for its intended purpose :-D

House Rules: ID verification is mandatory. You’ll be sent a link to a form to fill out before check-in.

Extra towels—€6 per guest, but you’ll need to order them before your arrival.

Extra sheets—€10 per bed.

If you lose your keys, the cost to replace the lock is €100 (please don’t lose them)

If a bicycle is stolen, the replacement cost will be €400 (please always lock it securely)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Always keep the front door completely closed and locked when you leave your apartment.

2. Avoid disturbing the neighbors. Be respectful of the people living in your building.

3. Please do not throw parties. If any items are missing or damaged, you will be held responsible.

4. Regarding trash, please do not leave bags outside the door (fines will be charged to those responsible). Please note that there is a trash collection point in “Piazza Trilussa” every day from Monday through Saturday

5. Keep the TV and music at a low volume before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

6. Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help keep pests to a minimum. Please do not leave perishable items in the apartment. Rome is an old city and has ants, cockroaches, mice, rats, and scorpions! (The apartment is pest-free, and we want to keep it that way). By taking out the trash daily, you’ll avoid unwanted guests :) Store food in the refrigerator or in appropriate containers.

7. The sheets and towels provided must be used only for their intended purpose.

8. Feminine hygiene products and other items must be disposed of in the trash and not flushed down the toilet. If the toilet gets clogged or the sink becomes blocked, it may be due to what you flush or put down the drain, and any repair costs will be charged to you.

9. Close the doors and windows when you are not in your apartment, and be sure to turn off the air conditioning. The apartment is entirely powered by electricity. Electricity is generally included up to certain limits; just be sure to turn everything off when you go out, and you won’t have to worry about this at all.

10. In the event of a theft, we are not liable for any personal items stolen from the apartment. Please remember to always lock the door and close all windows! Better safe than sorry :) All our apartments are equipped with security windows and shutters; please use them.

11. Since this is a self-catering apartment, services such as breakfast and daily housekeeping are not included. Cleaning fees apply only to the one-time cleaning at checkout. If you request additional cleaning during your stay, a €25 surcharge will apply.

12. If you rent our bicycle, be sure to always lock it to a post and keep it in sight (cities aren’t safe for bikes, and if it’s stolen or damaged, you’ll be held responsible)

13. Please do not smoke inside the house! We want to keep the property smelling fresh for all our guests. (You have a door that opens onto the street.) ;-
