“Amazing property. Very elegant and classy. the apartment we stayed in had a nice little patio and killer views of the vineyards, Very clean, organized, and best yard I have seen in a while, with a magnificent refreshing pool. The wine testing offered at the property was a big plus. Property is in the middle of Tuscany area, very rural and a great way to taste the true Italian lifestyle. Compliments to the staff and the owners that manage this place. ”

“Leuk en mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht. Klein zwembadje (niet verwarmd) met een leuk terras. Het huis is authentiek ingericht, met mooie meubels. En met een mooie oude authentieke trap. De matrassen van de bedden zijn een beetje hard. Het huis is goed schoongemaakt en ruikt fris. Op elke kamer is airco. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, oven en grote koelkast. Vuilnis moet zelf aan de straat worden gezet, gesorteerd, 200a300 meter bergopwaarts. Het huis ligt mooi gelegen, vlakbij Gambassi...

“Wonderful stay here. View from garden is beautiful over rolling hills for sunsets. Pool is magnificent and set on ridge with 270 degree views, quite something in the evening. Pool and tennis shared with 3-4 other families but pool is big enough to cope with that. Fans in rooms just about make up for no air con, was 37 when we were there. Communication with Ian and Jacky was great. 5-10mins drive up unmade road very dusty but not too bumpy. Serena cooked for us one night which was really good....

“A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!”

Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay. “Wir haben mit unseren zwei Jüngsten hier eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Ferienwoche verbracht. Raffaela und Roberto sind zwei wirklich wundervolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit und zur Stelle, dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Die ehemalige Mühle liegt wunderschön am Fuße eines kleinen Berghanges und vom Garten aus kann man sogar einen Blick auf die Festungsmauern von Monteriggioni erhaschen.
