Cozy 1-Room Apartment with Terrace

The quiet 1-room apartment in the countryside welcomes 1 to 2 guests for a stay in Romrod. Romrod Castle, a supermarket with bakery, a pharmacy, and doctors are just a 5-minute walk away. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun.



Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and free parking are included in this separate apartment. Especially pleasant in summer, as it is located on the lower ground floor. You stay independently from the host, who lives in the attic.



The living room is simply and functionally furnished. The sofa bed is large and comfortable for 2 people and will be prepared as a bed upon your arrival. The kitchenette offers a fridge, 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a mini oven. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, shampoo, and soap. A mini washing machine is available in the bathroom. You will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and a foldable laptop table. New: small mobile, height-adjustable desk.



Access is via the garden at the back of the house, up a narrow staircase through the alarm-secured terrace door. The light switch is by the opposite door. The lawn behind the terrace and 3 meters behind the house belongs to the neighbors and cannot be used.



The garden path is unpaved and leads across grass. In the evening, it is lit by motion sensors. For the return at night, a small flashlight is recommended, as the sensors are placed at the corners of the house.
