Inviting house with beautiful views

Your house is located about 70 meters from the sea, but the plot extends all the way down to the sea, so here you live on a sea plot with a wonderful view over the Ronneby archipelago and the Baltic Sea. The house is on the owner's plot, but the plot is divided so that you have your own part.



You live with an open floor plan with large windows facing the sea. Inside, you have air conditioning for pleasant warmth during cold days or air conditioning during the hottest summer days. You have a southwest-facing terrace where you can sunbathe and at the same time watch the boats sail by. Here you can also have dinner in the evening and enjoy the sunset.



On the large 110 sqm jetty, you can sunbathe and fish, and the boat is also moored here for those of you who want to go out on a fishing trip (free fishing with hand gear) or just take a trip in the archipelago. The Blekinge archipelago is known for its large pikes. There is also a small beach on the plot that is suitable for the youngest children who do not want to dive from the jetty.



For those of you who play golf, there are 2 courses nearby. Visit Karön, a gem in the archipelago with swimming, a restaurant, and beautiful surroundings. Also visit Ronneby Brunn with a very large water park. Take a trip to the neighboring towns of Karlskrona and Karlshamn with lots of attractions, or why not a day trip to the Kingdom of Crystal in Småland.



A small pet is allowed by agreement with the cottage owner.



Deposit 1000:- is paid upon arrival, and refunded upon departure if everything is ok

Electricity is charged at 5:-kw.
