This beautifully renovated vacation rental spans 150 m2 across multiple floors and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property was fully renovated in 2024 and is distributed over several levels, each offering distinct living spaces with comfortable and modern furnishings.
The main floor features a spacious living and dining room equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning, with direct access to a large south-facing terrace of 60 m2. The fully equipped kitchen on this level is generously sized and also opens onto the terrace. On this same floor, 2 bedrooms each include a dressing room, a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a private shower room with WC.
On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom features a ceiling height of 185 cm and is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat screen TV. This room is served by a shower and WC and benefits from electric heating.
The upper floor includes an office space as well as an additional bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen TV, and air conditioning. This room has direct access to a south-facing balcony of 6 m2 and is equipped with electric heating. A shower and WC serve this floor as well.
