An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find 2 well-appointed bedrooms, each fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, with one room offering access to a private balcony. The upper floor also features a shower room with WC and a double hand-basin, completing the sleeping quarters with comfort and practicality.
