“Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. “Booked a weekend to reconnect with friends and visit Crater Lake, couldn't have asked for a better location. We made use of the pool table, DVD collection and loved spending time in the outdoor spaces on the property. House was clean and orderly, and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful place by the Willamette River. We so enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. The deck overlooks the river and the flowers were blooming. It was so so beautiful and so peaceful. There was plenty of room to park our boat to go fishing. Communication with the property manager was awesome.”

“This was the perfect little place for me and my boys for a little weekend get away. We traveled down from Alaska to see the rodeo but my boys had more fun playing ping pong and exploring the river. The hosts were great. Communication was quick and easy. Although we didn’t use it, there is an adorable kitchen area that can accommodate your cooking needs. The setting was comforting and quiet. “The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely.”
