“Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. There was a ln area power outage in the area and our hosts were right there letting us know there was an issue and making sure we were ok”

“This house was great for our girls weekend! A lot of bunk beds, but we did our best to make it work. Some of our group are older women and it was not safe for them to adventure to a top metal bunk bed, but we were aware of that when we booked. Not a negative, just something to consider. “Incredible view and communication with property owners make this stay a perfect weekend getaway. The lodge itself was clean, nicely spaced out for everyone to enjoy privacy or to come together for conversation on the deck overlooking the lake or the fire pit. The town is a few minutes away with an ice cream shop, hardware store and an outstanding grocery store with fresh cut meat available if you’re looking to grill/cook. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for a couples or family getaway. ”

“Very nice place. We weren’t there much as we were visiting our son on Crooked Lake . Two minor things that we didn’t mention on our critique sheet were that 1. Needs Kleenex in each bathroom 2. When we are paying this much for the use of your VRBO we didn’t think we should have to wash the dishes. No one could tell, then, if they were properly cleaned! Beds were great and living room was perfect! ”
