  • This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

    4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. The fifth bedroom could be used as a family/kids room as it has a queen bed & 2 sofas with TV& DVD player with a selection of 500 DVDs

    It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. You can wake up in the morning and look towards Warwick and The Range.

    With only a 10 min drive you are in the Warwick Town Centre for shopping, restaurants & coffee shops to explore.

    It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block so is great if you want to bring the family pet. There is also a dog/ kid safe fence at the back of the house. There is also plenty of room to park a boat/caravan/horse trailer etc

    The house has internet available NBN & a large screen smart TV in the formal lounge. There is dining inside & out for 10 people. Outside undercover there is a BBQ, fridge & open fireplace. There is also an 8 seater summer/winter spa which is undercover.

    It is in close proximity to Lesley Dam which caters for fishing, sailing, jet skiing & water skiing.

    It is suited for a relaxing country escape with friends and/or family.

This property was excellent for our family which includes parents, 3 teenagers, 1 grandma and 1 dog. It is very dog friendly, and our dog loved it.

Girl’s’ weekend

All five of us, old school friends, enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were excellent, the kitchen fabulous and the fire cozy. We would stay here again.

Fabulous property in a great location

We had a fantastic experience with this property 😊 The hosts were wonderful, the property was clean & tidy, lots of space for the dogs to run and it was wheelchair accessible

Another great stay

We have stayed here four times and I find it difficult to think of different superlatives for how much we enjoy our time here. Sandy is always a delight and the place is ideal for a family get together. Recommended for a group staying neat Warwick.

We had a great time - the house had everything we needed for three families. The pups had a great time too! It was nice to know that they had a safe enclosure to play in.

We love it here.

I cannot think of a better place for our family get together, so we went here again. It is close enough to Warwick for convenience, but quiet and rural. We also had an easy day trip this time to Stanthorpe . I would not hesitate to recommend spending time here with family and friends

Wonderful family stay

Spacious, clean and pet friendly. Plenty of onsite parking and peaceful outlook to Warwick. A perfect place for our bride and her attendants to prepare. Hosts were amazing, accommodating and kept us well informed.

We had an amazing day at this beautifully fitted out property just outside of Warwick. Beds were comfy and the linen and towels were excellent quality. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you could possibly want. The huge spa was a massive hit as was the beautiful fire. Our dog had a wonderful time running about in the enclosed garden and the kids enjoyed watching the birds and checking every morning for chicken eggs.

Peace & quiet

Really enjoyed the locality & space. Country peace and fresh air, beautiful views. Especially enjoyed breakfasts on the front porch listening to the birds and watching the weather come through. Accommodation was excellent. Highly recommended.

Our Xmas in July WeekEnd

A fabulous house for a large number of guests. 5 couples in our group and we all had really nice bedrooms (not just the Master) Great kitchen with everything you needed and more. A beautiful property with lovely outlook. Would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Warwick. Absolutely beautiful.

Excellent, peaceful, large home near Wawick.

An excellent propery with every thing you could need and more! Perfect for three couples 'friends' get away. Lots of space and multiple areas to find a quiet spot to read, chat or play guitar. Beautiful grounds with lovely gardens, an elevated view and a chook pen from which we enjoyed fresh eggs!A short drive to explore Leslie Dam and Warwick.The fireplace plus reverse cycle aircon (heating) meant a very cosy evening on several quite cold nights.Highly recommend this incredibly well appointed home.

Great property for 10 adults to enjoy hanging out and entertaining. House had all things required and extra. Our second stay as a group celebrating Christmas in July. You will not be disappointed it certainly ticks all the boxes.

This property sleeps 10 and there is only one bathroom with a separate toilet and an ensuite in the main bedroom. Could use an additional shower and toilet. Otherwise everything was excellent.
