    On the upper floor, you will find 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Each of these rooms also provides direct access to a private balcony. A separate WC is additionally available on this floor for added convenience.

    On the 2nd upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, an open-plan living and dining room creates a bright and welcoming social space, with access to a terrace and the swimming pool, benefiting from both a south-facing and west-facing orientation. This floor also hosts the 4th bedroom, a large room with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen on this floor features an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine, and a cooking island.
