The whole area is characterized by the presence of livestock farms where you can taste the typical Sicilian dairy products: cacio horse cheese, provola cheese and fresh ricotta. The typical Sicilian dishes can be found in many farms and trattorias found in Noto, Rosolini, Modica and Ragusa.
