Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a Rossington

The hotel room was modern & clean, the bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave. The breakfast was well worth the money. Will be certainly coming again

Well kept, luxurious stay in an idyllic location. The food, drink and amenities were fantastic. Highly recommend.

When we first arrived, there was a large pile of household waste dumped outside the front door and a very strong smell of damp throughout the property. We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned. First impressions were of a property that has recently been upgraded and decorated however on closer inspection, the finish is very poor and appeared more 'style over substance'. Both smoke alarms on the ground floor had been disconnected, there were damp marks on almost every ceiling, the window sill in the top floor bathroom was loose, the top bathroom had sealant coming away from the skirting board, both toilet brushes were dirty, there was decorators' rubbish left in the kitchen, all dishes and utensils had water marks on them and needed to be cleaned before use, carpets and bedding had a layer of dust over them and the whole place didn't feel particularly welcoming or clean. We had booked to stay for 3 nights to attend a business conference but left after 2 nights because we felt so uncomfortable in the property. The location is OK but not close to any public transport so had to rely on taxis to get to the city centre. Not a great experience and we would not recommend to others.

It’s difficult, because I can understand the wide range of reviews. The fact that there are no staff on site, coupled with an unusual door access system, makes thinking of this as a hotel (never mind the star rating) somewhat of a stretch. Having said that, a mobile number was provided if needed. Our room was clean (although somewhat dated) and had all the equipment we expected. One big issue that we only subsequently learned about was that some of the rooms did not have an en suite. Ours did (with a much-appreciated heated towel rail), but I would have been very annoyed if we had been allocated a room without. Make sure of your room number! The location is excellent. Parking is available, but limited, so don’t be the last to arrive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and felt we had good value for money.
