“Fire alarm started beeping at 3:30am and required us to call the manager to confirm no fire danger…no one responded to the first call to operator and finally a staff person came to the door…fire alarm went off again but then was silent for the rest of the night…not a good night’s sleep but we were offered another room to stay in but we didn’t take it…not going to leave our room without taking our bags as suggested by staff member…room was really warm and had problems with the air...

“The pools at the Glenwood are great. Our room has always been very large and the beds very comfortable. There does seem to be a "moisture removal" issue. The fan in the bathroom doesn't even disturb the air, so the room is always very humid. It has never smelled moldy, but this time did smell like sheets left wet in the washing machine for a couple of days. We were constantly trying to leave door open to air it out. “Rooms have been partially updates, were clean and comfortable and quiet. We stayed in the second floor. No elevator so keep that in mind. A second toaster would be great for the breakfast as toasting held up the line and never any knives stocked when we were there. Overall a fine stay for a a few nights with my family”

“The hotel was very nice and convenient to restaurants and stores. There was good and easy parking. There was, however, an issue in that our room was not available and wouldn’t be for at least an hour after the designated check-in time. There were quite a few other guests with the same issue. It would seem that there was a shortage of housekeeping staff.
