“Room ( i was in No 2 ) was in good decorative order . However there was a Green light permanently on all night by the door that could not be covered / turned off . Additionally when the Water Tank in the bathroom decided to replenish ( quite randomly - not after use ) it sounded like a Helicopter taking off . Very loud , and not conducive to a good nights sleep .

“On arrival room felt cold was told they would increase the heat, no difference, half radiator was cold so suggested it needed bleeding. We had to sit woth coats on. They couldnt locate key and was advised they would look for this and deal with it. No update provided. On checkout nobody about to speak to. Radiator still cold room cold.
Dined in restaurant. I chose venison casserole however was then told they didnt have the vegetables as advertised and it would come with peas.

“The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing.
We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight.
