We absolutely loved our 2 week stay at Island Breeze! The area was fantastic!! Super quiet, great location to everything. We especially loved being so close to 5 golf courses and good restaurants. Dustin was an incredible host. He worked with us on every request, in a very timely manner. The house was gorgeous and we loved the outdoor kitchen and lanai space. We are so grateful for the wonderful time we had at this beautiful home, and would love to stay here again!

This is a beautiful home, and the overall experience could easily go from good to great with a few changes. The home is large, well decorated, and has a beautiful outdoor living space. The view of the canal and dock is stunning and we enjoyed the variety of birds and fish visible from the property. With that said, the owner should have stated in the listing that the garage was not available to guests - had we known this, we would not have booked this listing (this is a dealbreaker issue for my wife as there is nothing worse than having to load/unload your car outside in the Florida rain/heat. All of the other homes we've ever rented in the area gave guests garage access.We were also expecting to be able to control the pool lights/bubblers and temperature (up to the maximum allowed 86 degrees) from the unit. The guest manual notes these items are on a timer but does not specify when they go off and on so there was a bit of guesswork figuring out when the best time to use the pool was. While the owner said we could contact him to turn these items off/on, that is an unnecessary level of work for the renter. Lastly, we found several dirty dishes, including a cup with lipstick on it. The dirty dishes could've been put away by any previous guest, but allowing the last load of dishes to be put away by the maid rather than requiring guests to do this could add another layer of "quality control" in this regard.

Wow! What a place!, We loved the house and location. The house has it all, loved the high ceilings and the openness of the home, all the bedrooms are very private. The pool was perfect and lights up at night, the outdoor grill was a bonus here as well.

From the moment we arrived at the property we were all blown away by how stunning this property is, it really has the wow factor. From the moment we booked, we found Dustin extremely easy to communicate with, even given the time difference from the UK to the US. The pool is amazing and was the perfect temperature during our stay and offered welcome relief from the heat of August. Although we were a party of 8 adults and were well catered for, I would certainly say that the property would be perfect for families with young children too. The property was perfectly located for us to go out and about exploring the gulf coast and enjoying all the wonderful beaches and restaurants the area has to offer. Our son got engaged whilst we were here on holiday at the property and we all have so many special and precious memories to cherish. We've simply had the best time and were so very sad to have had to leave. Until the next time ......

We felt very at home at the Island Breeze. It was exactly what we had hoped for and more. The home is perfectly kept and very clean. I was especially thankful that we didn’t have to make extra trips to stores but pretty much everything we needed was provided- plenty of towels, pool/beach toys, cooler, etc. There was so much thought and attention to detail with the design/decor of the home that made it really special. Would stay again :)

Beautiful place to stay

Dustin was very quick to respond to all messages. The property was just beautiful. They had pool rafts, toys, plenty of towels. Also had some things you could take the beach (coolers, chairs, umbrellas, toys). We loved how you could really open up the house with the sliders. We had a wonderful time, very relaxing.

Went to get out of our chilly spring weather. House was amazing with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Pool was great. We did pay the extra for warmer pool water. It was worth it. Canal had plenty of gaiters which wa pretty cool to watch We will deidrinaltnstay again

Gorgeous home

My family and I have been traveling to Florida in March for almost 10 straight years. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in. Great layout, nice decor and well equipped. The pool and outdoor area is amazing. Dustin responded almost immediately with every inquiry we had from start to finish. No complaints whatsoever!

Entertainment House

My husband and I spent the first week there alone! It felt like paradise. The pictures don’t do this home justice, it is really beautiful! The outside entertainment area is top notch. I enjoyed peaceful morning coffee while watching the neighborhood gator crawl up on the bank across the canal to sun himself. We saw many birds and fish jumping, along with an occasional fishing boat drift by. The second week we had our adult children and two grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. There could have been a few more blankets and dishes. The house is really geared towards adults but we made it work. We got a few more toys. We also had to buy some beach things. The owner was very responsive to our requests. This house is truly wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

Clean and beautiful vacation home!

Wow! It was hard to leave this lovely resort-like property. The pool was amazing! We paid a little extra to have it heated, since we stayed over the Christmas/ New Year’s holiday. So relaxing! The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great! The Alexa’s throughout the house helped to make it technologically advanced. We appreciated all of the details throughout the house and the chef’s kitchen and outdoor grilling kitchen. This home is excellent for all ages. The owners replied to my few questions quickly and were awesome communicators. We will definitely book this property again if we select to vacation in the same area. Thank you!

Well appointed, beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at Island Breeze. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Highlights of the home are the outdoor lounge area with big screen tv which is perfect for watching sports, the outdoor kitchen, the view of the canal and alligator watching, master bathroom’s large shower and fabulous tub.

Amazing Home

2nd Time - great home for Vacation !

This was our 2nd stay and the home is by and far one of the best we have rented. Has everything u need and you dont need to leave the property. BBQ 3/4 nights and enjoyed the pool. Super close to beach.

Girls Trip

It was a great girls trip in this beautiful home! The pool area is where we spent majority of our time. You have the best sunset view from this home! I would recommend this this home to everyone. The only downside was there were no fitted sheets for the pull-out sofa beds in the house. Luckily I have family near by that come through in a pinch. I would definitely stay at this home again. Dustin was quick to respond as well.
