Casa ejecutiva con vista al lago

Nuestra casa ejecutiva de cinco años está disponible durante el período de Navidad / enero de 2018-19 y en otros momentos. Lejos del bullicio de los lagos y la ciudad, ofrece un lugar para relajarse y relajarse después de un día de disfrutar de las principales atracciones turísticas, lagos y áreas de ciclismo de montaña de Rotorua.

Todos los muebles son nuevos y de primera calidad. Aquellos que disfrutan de la cocina apreciarán el horno doble AEG, el cajón calentador, la estufa de inducción, dos lavaplatos y un fregadero. El gran banco proporciona fácilmente espacio para comida y refrescos para ocho personas. Nuestra casa es espaciosa, de unos 275 m2 y tiene un salón "cómodo" para complementar un gran salón, más que suficiente para alojar a ocho personas. El salón principal tiene Sky TV.

El dormitorio principal tiene un baño privado con ducha de azulejos, inodoro y lavabos dobles. Otro baño separado sirve a otros huéspedes, junto con un segundo baño completo con bañera y ducha de azulejos. Hay una sauna en este baño que puede estar disponible por acuerdo.

Todo nuestro trabajo al aire libre se realiza, incluido el área del patio donde se instaló el calentador de gas al aire libre y el área se ha alicatado. El área del patio está aislada de los vecinos, protegida y tiene una gran vista.

Estamos a poca distancia de la ciudad, pero es un viaje sencillo para llegar a la ciudad, los lagos y la autopista para ir al norte o al sur de la ciudad. Se tarda menos de 10 minutos en llegar a la ciudad desde aquí.

The house is very spacious and luxurious. I would even say the best I’ve stayed in Rotorua and this was the 3rd trip to celebrate a 21st in the family in the last 4years.Seating areas indoor and out comfortably sat the six of us. There were also spaces inside and out to split up to get something quiet (Duolingo) done.Commutation was clear and any questions were answered quickly.This would be my absolute first choice to hunt it down again the next time I want a holiday in Rotorua. The extra touch of a 21st balloon that put a huge smile on my daughters face was an appreciated extra.

Great home - better views

We loved our stay at this property. The house was large, well maintained, and was very clean (that’s a BIG issue for us). This place had a washer and a dryer.The deck has comfortable seating with a fireplace. All that pails when compared to the views. Property is conveniently located in Rotorua yet out of the way enough to overlook the city. My wife kept joking that we should buy the place. Owner was very responsive to any question we had. Check in/out was as easy as opening and closing a lockbox. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Beautiful modern executive home with great views

Beautiful spacious and very comfortable home. High quality amenities, very comfortable beds. Communication from Lindsay was great and he allowed us to checkin earlier. We felt quite privileged in staying in this modern and beautiful home, and in hindsight we should have booked it it for longer than 2 nights. We returned to Lindsay & Lynn’s lovely property.to escape the UK winter for the second consecutive year. This time the Rotorua weather co-operated and we had a great time exploring the locality. Lovely home.

This is a lovely home. Large, very clean, modern kitchen. The view is fabulous. We stayed in many wonderful places in New Zealand, but this was the best. Lindsay is a super host and gave us many great ideas of what to do. I hope we can return some day!
