Guest Access:

You'll have the whole property to yourselves - all four bedrooms across the main house and the self-contained sleepout, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the open-plan living areas, the laundry, and the deck and backyard with the private spa pool and bike storage. There's ample on-site parking.



The Neighborhood:

Highfield Ride sits in leafy, sought-after Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most popular residential suburbs on the eastern side of town - quiet, green and right on the edge of the action. The big drawcard is the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, right across the road, with its world-famous walking and mountain-biking trails on your doorstep. The beautiful Blue Lake, Lake Okareka and Lake Tarawera are all around ten minutes away for a swim or a paddle, while Te Puia's geysers are eight minutes, and the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and central Rotorua about nine. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are over on the western side of town, around seventeen minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is handy here, with ample on-site parking. The Redwoods forest is right across the road, Te Puia about eight minutes, and central Rotorua, the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa around nine, with Rotorua Airport just ten. The Blue Lake, Lake Okareka and Lake Tarawera are about ten minutes away, and Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours roughly seventeen on the western side of town. Uber, taxis and buses are available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 52 Mbps. The sleepout is fully self-contained with its own shower and toilet. There's a private spa pool - please supervise children around it at all times.
