Kawaha Point Gem - Simplemente el mejor!

Esta casa no puede dejar de impresionar. Ya sea que desee un lugar para quedarse mientras se relaja, aventura, trabaja o juega, esta propiedad ofrece el entorno perfecto.
Ubicado en una de las áreas más exclusivas de Rotorua, es privado y tranquilo, pero extremadamente conveniente. Suba al auto y disfrute de cualquiera de las atracciones, tiendas o restaurantes de Rotorua en solo minutos.
Construida en la ladera de la colina en tres niveles, la casa cuenta con impresionantes vistas al lago. El salón de planta abierta y el comedor se abren a un balcón cubierto con barbacoa. La cocina grande y totalmente equipada hace que la preparación de comidas sea muy fácil.
Todo en la casa es completamente nuevo y moderno: muebles, alfombras, aparatos electrónicos y electrodomésticos. Se instaló una bomba de calor eficaz para mantenerlo caliente en invierno y fresco en verano.
Hay un montón de espacio, con un segundo salón que puede usarse como área para niños, un dormitorio adicional o un refugio privado. Wi-Fi de alta velocidad gratuito, dos Smart TV con Netflix y juegos de mesa. ¡Hay mucho para mantener a todos entretenidos!
Se pueden alojar cómodamente hasta 8 personas en 2 habitaciones king grandes, 1 habitación doble (con litera individual arriba) y en dos sofás cama dobles desplegables en el segundo salón.

We loved how much room there was in this home for our family of 5. The windows out to the lake makes everything so open. The beds were comfy, too! And we were able to cook a great steak dinner in their fully stocked kitchen.

This home was great for a family with children (we were 4 adults and 4 kids (3 - 11). Stairs and living areas were carpeted and nothing was 'chic'. Good house plan for separate bedrooms, access to several bathrooms and open plan living areas that accomodated everyone. We made good use of the second little lounge with tv which actually we used as a bedroom, kids tv sometimes and a play area.Kitchen was a basic fridge, benches, stove setup and reasonably stocked with cuttlery, crockery and additional appliances and we used this a lot. Weather was wet most of our stay (6 days) but this wasn't problem as we did activities to suit the weather every day and used the house to relax, cook together and have fun when home.Thanks.

Perfect Location

This was a beautiful spot for us - this time for taking part in the Tarawera Ultra, the location was less than 10 minutes out of town, so away from the hustle and bustle but an easy drive in. There was plenty of space for us to be together or have our own living quarters, the area was wonderfully quiet and the property clean with super comfortable beds and all the facilities we needed. Our host communicaton was very easy and prompt, we're already talking about coming back with our families!

A beautiful home in Rotorua

A really lovely home in Roturua, with nice views of the lake. Our boys each had their own rooms, which they loved. Each room was separately cooled/heated. Everything was very tastefully decorated and clean. WE had everything we needed.

Leider war nach einem starken Regen die Küche, das Badezimmer und die Essecke nass. Es tropfte durch die Holzbalken auf den Boden, obwohl wir dies direkt dem Gastgeber mitteilten, haben wir bis heute keine Rückmeldung oder Entschuldigung erhalten. Sehr traurig!

Great spot

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Driveway is very steep, just something to be aware of. Just a few minutes drive to main town center. Beautiful sunrise views over the lake.

Beautiful vacation home

This was a beautiful home overlooking the lake. It was bigger than I expected with two living rooms on the main floor and a fairly large kitchen. There were only a few kitchen staples on hand, so be sure to stock up on food items if you plan on cooking. Very nice to have a washer and dryer. We also liked having air conditioning in each of the rooms. Lovely home and thank you for having us!

The Perfect Winter School Holidays Mini-break

The house is over 3 levels and quite spacious with lovely lake views. The master bedroom shares its ensuite with the other 2 bedrooms as the second bathroom is off the kitchen. The upstairs toilet is separate so it’s a good design in that respect. The double bedroom adjacent to the bunk room is arguably better than the main bedroom as it has a better lake view. Also the hot water cylinder is located in the wardrobe of the main bedroom and can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. All the beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook other than brunch and found everything we needed. Nice to have Netflix available with a comfy couch to snuggle up on - shame we couldn’t light the fire. Handy to the luge which was a major drawcard for us - and the driveway is steep but not difficult.

We enjoyed our short stay in this property. You need a car to get around as the driveway to the house is very steep. Also this 3 story home will require some heavy lifting of baggage up the stairs. Once there everything is well provided and very comfortable.

Great Family Bach

Great location, close to downtown and all activity centres. Well equipped and very modern kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure for the showers was excellent. The two lounges were very nice and gave the teenagers their own space. We did experience a problem with water heater but when we contacted the management company, a plumber was sent out immediately to fix the problem.

Beautiful views

Our family of 4 with 2 older children was delighted with the space and views of this place. The neighbourhood is peaceful - sleeping was easy. The house is a luxury build across 3 levels which we all enjoyed. You do need a car here. Really nice.

Garage roller door was broken and did not open. Door between garage and house was missing. Kitchen pantry doors had been removed. Place looking worn out and can do with an update. Nice views and location.

Splendid

This property was well equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable. Three generous bedrooms and a shared bathroom are on the top level with an ensuite bathroom on middle level. Great views of the lake and eastern suburbs of Rotorua. This is the best part of the property. Located in a very quiet part of town and only a 5 minute drive to the town centre and local attractions. Recommended for a family or two couples. Would definitely stay here afain. There are three flights of stairs from the garage to the bedrooms so would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.
