The Space:
The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families. The Master Bedroom features a luxurious King Bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two also boasts a King Bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom Three is ideal for kids, offering a Double Bed with a Single Bed above in a fun bunk-style arrangement. The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with a wood burner fireplace, perfect for those cooler evenings, and a split-style heat pump/AC unit to ensure comfort year-round. Outside, you'll find a double garage and additional off-street parking. Located near the forest, the property provides easy access to numerous walking and riding trails, making it an excellent base for exploring Rotorua.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house during your stay. This includes the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. You can also use amenities like the hot tub, BBQ grill, and garden. There is free parking available on the premises and on the street.

The Neighborhood:
Discover the charm of Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most desirable neighborhoods! You'll be surrounded by lovely homes, and just minutes from the serene forest and beautiful lakes. For your convenience, a small store and pizzeria are located just 50 meters down the road. If you fancy a craft beer, take a short stroll to the Good Eastern Taphouse. Enjoy the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility in this wonderful location.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! The house is conveniently located approximately 5 kilometers from Rotorua's city center (CBD). For those who enjoy a scenic walk, a beautiful thermal walkway provides a pleasant route. If you prefer public transport, a bus stop is located right at the front gate. For parking, we offer a double garage and ample off-street parking.
