lindo lugar para un estadia corta

La ubicacion del hotel es buena, hay a un par de cuadras un centro comercial que tiene de todo. las habitaciones son pequeñas pero si la estadía no es muy larga resultan suficientes.En la planta baja hay un living y una cocina chica pero bien equipada

Bed is super comfortable and the lodge is a great location in Rotorua. The studios even have a private mineral bath. It is out the window of the bathroom and I know that sounds strange but it’s such a pleasant surprise!! We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Close to city center. Easy walk to shops and eateries. Room was not ready when we arrived. Reception staff were polite. Car park not big enough for average sized car. Although the room appeared clean and tidy, it desperately needs refurnishing. Did not appreciate the cockroaches in room 5.

We only stayed for 40 minutes, the place was so dirty and smelly, we couldn’t stay, the advertising was very misleading, and nothing like the photos. They where very good about our displeasure and refunded our money without question

Not really what we expected.

The experience was quite far from the nice photos on their website. The hot water pool next to the bathroom was nice, but otherwise the motel was quite sloppy, not worth the price.

Great value, Great Location

Overall a good place. Needs a lick of paint here and there. The outside "spa" was no more than a private space outside the bathroom door accessed through the window. If you're booking for that reason (we didn't do ok) then be sure about the level of room you want!

Pros: - The woman running the show is WONDERFUL. She was very friendly and happy to help us with recommendations and tips. - Location was good - easy walk to restaurants and bars, as well as the government gardens Neutrals: - The room felt a little old but things were generally clean Cons: - Shower was TINY and water ended up everywhere (and I mean everywhere) - According to the woman at the front desk, this might have been because of the sudden heat wave but there were COCKROACHES. They were small (maybe 1-1.5" long [up to 3.5cm]) but we killed about a dozen of them over the course of two nights and one even fell on my husband while we were lying in bed on the last night. I mentioned this to the front desk so that they could call an exterminator but not sure if future guests might run into this.

Motel was reasonably clean but room could do with updating. Walls rather thin and on our stay a fair bit of disturbance from some noisy neighbours. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great place for pets. Lovely owners!

The rooms are small but the service is really friendly. We'd return. The spa pools is a rustic outdoor bath with a view of the moon and stars. Romantic spot.

Access to hot tub.

As I have a disability the one big downside was that the hot tub wasn’t accessible so as I was looking forward to having one I wasn’t able to. There was no information nor photos that showed the way in which you got into the pool, so I was disappointed when I arrived finding it wasn’t going to happen. The car parking is definitely not big enough to accommodate big vehicles. The size of the shower was very deceiving in the photos it was ok if we had been smaller people

The location is convenient. We walked with our heavy luggage from the InterCity bus stop to the motel. It's also very close to a shopping center, which has a big grocery store and lots of restaurant. We walked to several tourist spots - Te Puia, Lake Rotorua, etc.

Private outdoor hot pool

Conveniently located near restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The room is a bit dated but kept clean, and the private outdoor hot pool was really good! Would love to stay here again.

This property is located so close to everything, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very close to Polynesian Spa. Pretty quiet and relaxing place. We have private hot water spa in our room. Amazing! I wish the shower is a bit bigger, but everything else is great!

This property did not look at all like the photos showed in Wotif. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we were in needed a little repair. One window didn’t shut properly, the cupboard to the main room wouldn’t open and the bathroom had damage to the bottom of the vanity. Apart from that, it was a spacious two bedroom apartment in a good location.

Outstanding Stay, Highly Recommended

Great stay at the Victoria Lodge! The owner was so helpful and even sorted out our washing when we were a bit clueless! She was always available and did everything she could to make our stay better! Cheeky little hot tub in the back! Rooms.were great size and the bed was very comfortable! Very powerful shower too!

Staff is very helpful , we were a bit worried as we were not able to book hobbiton movie tour online but the girl at the front desk helped us to book the tickets when we were checking out. She was busy with something else but still took the time out to help us. She also gave us some excellent advice. Property is also just across from a super market so it is easy to get stuff.
