    This superb 3-room flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room with balcony, two bedrooms, a shower room, separate WC and a parking space.

    On arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious entrance hall leading to all the rooms in the flat. The fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven) lets you prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the bright, comfortable living room, while taking in the panoramic view of Rouen's left bank. If you prefer some fresh air, you can relax on the balcony and admire the view.

    The flat has 2 warm and welcoming bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the wonders of Rouen.

    There is a modern shower room and a separate WC for your convenience. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the flat.

    You'll also benefit from a private parking space in the basement of the building, for your convenience.

    Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
    Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

    We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Très bel appartement et sécurisé

Attention au ménage qui est fait à la vas vite ! On a trouvé des chaussettes usagées, des miettes de gâteaux et autres saletés sous le canapé et des moumoute et des miettes dans tout les recoins, (nous marchons pieds nu) à 50€ la prestation ménage on s’attends à un appartement nickel et sommes un peu déçus 👌🏼 Sinon l’appart est très confortable et équipé comme il faut, à 2 pas des commerces on peut tout faire à pieds, de plus la voiture est en sécurité au garage ! L’hôte Catherine est très agréable et arrangeante pour notre arrivée. Quand à la vue c’est magnifique 🤩
