Welcome to this 55m2 nugget located in the heart of Rouen, close to Rouen Cathedral, which promises unique moments.

On the first floor of the residence, you'll discover the Victoria, a sublime flat with a terrace overlooking the cathedral, a SPA (whirlpool bath) and a hammam. You'll find an entrance hall with cupboards and storage space, separate WC, a separate open-plan kitchen (fitted and equipped), and a living room with access to the terrace. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

As soon as you enter, you'll find a large storage cupboard with technical equipment, cleaning products, a clotheshorse and ironing equipment. At the end of the corridor, you'll find a separate WC.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you need: basic appliances, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster and citrus press.

The living room features a sofa, coffee table, dining table for two, HD-connected TV and WIFI access throughout. From the living room, you have access to the 50m2 terrace with its magnificent view of Rouen Cathedral - a real must!

Head to the sleeping area and enjoy the magnificently decorated bedroom with its very comfortable 160*200 bed and its storage unit (hangers and shelves).

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

Rouen's Cathedral Quarter is one of the city's most emblematic and historic districts. Dominated by the majestic Notre-Dame Cathedral, this district is a veritable architectural and cultural treasure trove, where every street tells a part of Rouen's history.

The nerve centre of the district, the Gothic Notre-Dame Cathedral is famous for its impressive façade, made even more famous by Claude Monet's series of paintings. It also houses the tomb of Richard the Lionheart.

The streets around the cathedral are cobbled and lined with half-timbered houses, typical of Norman architecture. You'll find plenty of antique shops, craft boutiques and charming cafés.

Not far from the cathedral, Le Gros-Horloge is one of the symbols of Rouen. This astronomical clock, mounted on an arch, dates back to the 14th century and is a living testimony to the city's history.

The Cathedral district is bustling all year round, but retains a quiet charm thanks to its narrow streets and pleasant squares. The atmosphere here is steeped in history, and every street corner seems to tell a legend from Rouen's past.

## Transit

The flat is located opposite the Halle aux Toiles car park in Rouen, in the heart of the city centre, close to many public transport links.

1. Bus
Rouen has a bus network managed by Astuce (the public transport network of Métropole Rouen Normandie). Several lines pass close to the Halle aux Toiles, particularly around nearby stations such as those on rue de la République. The main lines: 8, 11, F1, F2 (frequent lines).

2. Metro
Rouen's metro system is also within easy reach:
Théâtre des Arts station: about 5 minutes' walk away. This station serves the two metro lines (T1 and T2) that cross Rouen from north to south.

3. TEOR (Transport Est-Ouest Rouennais)
The TEOR network is a kind of ‘exclusive right-of-way bus’, operating like a tramway on certain sections of the city. TEOR lines also pass close to the Halle aux Toiles.
TEOR lines T1, T2, T3: Théâtre des Arts station is 5 minutes away, and the TEOR line provides quick access to various districts of Rouen and the surrounding area.

4. Bicycles
Rouen has a self-service bicycle system called Cy'clic. There are several Cy'clic stations near the Halle aux Toiles car park.

5. Cars (VTC and taxis)
Taxi and VTC (Uber, etc.) services are available in the city. There are often taxi ranks around the Place du Vieux Marché and the city centre.

6. Walking
As the Halle aux Toiles car park is located in the heart of the historic city centre, many of Rouen's landmarks are within walking distance: Place du Vieux Marché, rue du Gros-Horloge, Notre-Dame de Rouen Cathedral, etc.

These different options allow you to get around quickly and easily from your accommodation.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the first floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all guests are provided with household linen, first-day essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen garbage can bag, bathroom garbage can bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Follow all instructions, whether concerning opening hours or the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (250€ deducted from the security deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (50€ deducted from the security deposit), that pets are forbidden (50€ deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
