Enjoy a large garden conducive to relaxation, a fitted veranda converted into a lounge flooded with light, ideal for gathering in any season, as well as a very well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle) to share delicious meals with family or friends. A true haven of peace to explore the riches of Périgord and experience an unforgettable stay.



On the night side, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): has a double bed (160/200) and a bathroom with shower and WC.

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): has a double bed (140/200)

- Bedroom 3 (first floor): has a double bed (140/200)



A second bathroom with shower and toilet is available for the other two bedrooms upstairs.



Three parking spaces are at your disposal on the property of the house.



For greater comfort, the rooms on the upper floor are equipped with mobile air conditioning units. You will find a desk on the landing, ideal for remote work. A washing machine, a tumble dryer, ironing facilities as well as a baby cot and a high chair are at your disposal.
