They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The main draw for us with younger kids was the outside playground, pool and games room and these really didn’t disappoint. “Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. “Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...
