“This house was amazing. It was way better than we expected after looking through the pictures online. The outdoor space and the house itself are beautiful and the pictures do it zero justice. We were worried at first about the lack of AC, but the house cooled right down once we opened the windows let the air in. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to visit Boothbay. It was so close to the main area, but you couldn’t even tell- it felt like you were immersed in nature.”

“Cute little private cottage close to everything! Just a few miles you can hop on the ferry and head to Mohegan Island a must see! Head in the opposite direction and head to Camden another beautiful spot! The covered porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversation and cocktails Defiantly will return to Pauls Cottage! ”

“We enjoyed the house and love the .location.The biggest disapointment was that I could never go upstairs to sleep in the master bedroom and my husband had to crawl up and down the stairs! It definitely needs a handrail!!.Pease let people know it is not a house for handicapped ..I slept on the lower bunkbed and never got to see the upstairs bedroom. .the lb.thdothe”

“Beautiful property. Saw seals from living room catching fish. Front door did not lock but it’s a safe neighborhood but a bit isolated. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Laundry facilities were a great help! Gorgeous views of the water and excellent service and communication.”

“Convenient base for all of your adventures in Wiscasset, in Westport and Boothbay, and in the wider midcoast region. Quiet side street lined with stately, historic homes from the 1800's. Rental comes with all the conveniences, plus a deck with table and comfortable chairs overlooking the private gardens of the larger house and a dell with tall shade trees, perfect just for sitting and letting your road-weariness melt away.”

“We really loved this place! Close to town, but not exactly a quick walk, we ended up driving. Quiet, secluded, clean. Easy little trail to walk the dog right behind the house. We would definitely come back for a longer stay! ”

“Cute cozy cottage right on Penobscot Bay. Very thoughtfully supplied with honestly more updated conveniences and small appliances than we expected to find, given the rural setting. The spiral staircase to the bedroom was easily manageable. We did not mind the only bathroom being on the first floor. The view of the bay is just stunning. If you want quiet: a hawk flew over and we could hear the sound of its wings. The local lobster shack was a walkable distance. We found eggs for sale on...

“A nice small cottage, that's perfect for 1-2 people. It's a great location for exploring the Pemaquid peninsula. The cottage was clean and the description and picture showed exactly what you were getting. It is located on the main road down to the lighthouse and was busy on the weekend but only during daylight hours, but I was expecting that. I enjoyed my stay there and would take it again if I wanted to stay in Pemaquid. ”

“This was a beautiful place to stay and had more parking than we expected. The only hiccups we had was that the check in code we were given was one digit off from what it actually was so we had a little trouble getting into the house. Also there is an outlet that was uncovered in the bedroom and we had a child touch it. Luckily the child wasn’t harmed but this should definitely be addressed if there’s any little ones staying on the property. The houses were very clean and the only reason I gave...
