“Non potevamo essere meglio accolti!!!”

“We loved our stay. We had dinner there and they had the most amazing gluten free food. It was an excellent dinner. We loved breakfast. The area was beautiful and unique. We loved everything!”

“Beautiful property. The owners did an amazing job of restoration of this Villa into a well planned small inn with modern amenities. Excellent breakfast. Monika and her son Marco were the best of hosts. My wife enjoyed a wonderful massage arranged last minute to accomodate her after a long day of travel. Highly reccomend! Tom / Judy”

“Perfect for our family, so close to cruise ships, loved the little market and cafe right below our room , Francesca our host was so accommodating and sweet and so helpful with everything, will always remember her ❤️”

“Hermoso hotel, super cómodo, limpio. El servicio excelente! Unas vistas preciosas y las habitaciones comodisimas! Volveremos seguramente!”

“Muy buena atención”

“Muy Buena habitación y un restaurante recomendado por la Guía Michelin!!”

“Very difficult to find. Unattended and very confusing process. Completely unmarked property. Very nice mother and daughter team managing the property! I heard that a Norwegian man owns the place. If so, he’s in the wrong business ”

“For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent. The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls...

“Camera pulita, personale gentile, colazione ottima”

“Dinner was excellent. Only problem was lack of WiFi in guest rooms.”

“Excelente servicio, regresaria aqui sin dudarlo en mi proximo viaje la atencion de la anfitriona pasa de lo normal. recomendado”

“The after hour check in process was smooth. Location is perfect. My only complaint is that I had an early flight the following day and couldn’t spend more time there.”

“The staff was great. The rooms were nice, and clean. Breakfast was o.k., but not for english guests. It is about 20min. taxi ride from Civitavecchia, city water front. We thought it was in the city not the countryside with the cows. Had to spend 110 euros on rides to town and the ship for our cruise. It is a spring - summer resort. there was nothing in the area to do. It is pet-friendly. Cruise guest should get a hotel in town.”

“Rare environement. Short Time Reception. ”
