The villa is a beautiful, newly built two-story house in Rovinj, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia. This luxurious villa is situated on a fenced plot and offers a wealth of facilities, providing you with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The yard is dominated by a heated outdoor pool and a large sun terrace, perfect for long summer evenings with friends. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy your time with a good glass of wine or simply use the great barbecue. The interior is elegantly and stylishly furnished. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, decorated in blue tones, from which you have direct access to the outdoor terrace. Also on the first floor there is a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The villa is suitable for ten people, as there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is immaculately furnished. You will also find in this property a small wellness area with Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi. Pool heating is available upon request at least one week prior to arrival; water temperature is also dependent on weather conditions. The pool can be heated until 15.05 and after 15.09.
