Our four-star holiday home with a private pool is situated in a picturesque private location surrounded with traditional Istrian olive gardens and Mediterranean meadows. Only seven kilometers away from Rovinj's historical old town providing all the benefits of a peaceful location. The house is located on a 2500m2 plot and is only 15 minutes walk away from the beach. On the days when you just feel like staying in the villa, you can rest, assured that our home offers all the comfort and space you could wish for.

The Neighborhood:
Rovinj is a fishing port and a famous tourist destination on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The old town stands on a former island with tight houses, narrow streets, and beautiful small squares. A tangle of cobbled streets leads to the hilltop church of St. Euphemia, whose towering steeple dominates the skyline. South of the old town is Lone Bay, one of the area’s pebble beaches. The Rovinj archipelago’s 14 islands lie immediately off the mainland.
