“I was surprised by the connected living space and that somebody else was going to be on the property. The listing did an effective job of keeping that very vague. The person using that area did not bother us but using the backyard was uncomfortable. Plates, cups, silverware and any other necessary things were extremely limited or not there. Location was great and the overall stay was fine...host was accessible but internet is tied to a light switch which took us a minute to figure out, that...

“This property was less than discusting. I have sent pictures to Vrbo. Ants in bedrooms abd bathrooms. Cockroaches in kitchen drawers avd running around the living room and bedrooms. After explaining to the host Finette, she boldly abd rudely said I don't want to hear about it anymore. STOP MESSAGING ME, IF YOU HAVE ANYMORE ISSUES CONTACT VRBO NOT ME. This just should be condemned. ”

“The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay.”

“Good quality beds”

“The place is a dump. It was dirty with food underneath furniture, mold in the refrigerator, rust stains anllnover the outside and paper towels filling out holes in the ceiling next to a fixture. Not sure how this passes a fire hazard inspection. The garden is unkept and the was litter lying around the AC unit. Just disgusting.”

“The property is advertised as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. While that’s true, what wasn’t mentioned is that the bathroom is located inside one of the bedroom. So if the person in the other room needs the bathroom after bedtime, they have to come into someone else’s bedroom in the middle of the night. Not OK ”
