“Heart of City Center 50m Beach” Apartment, Sea View, Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

The triplex is located in the heart of the city center, just 50 meters from Royan’s main beach. All shops and the market are within a short walking distance. Once you arrive, you won’t need a car—everything is close at hand. I remain available for any information during your stay.



Rentals are weekly during school holidays, or for a minimum of 2 nights at other times of the year.



The space

This renovated, bright, and very functional apartment offers 4 separate bedrooms and is fully equipped. With 90 m², it accommodates up to 7 guests and features a fitted kitchen, a balcony, and an open terrace with sea views. You’ll also enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. A baby bed is available on request.



Guest access

The apartment is in Royan’s city center, near the SNCF train station (1,000 meters). Parking is easy and free on site (shared parking) and on the street. Public transport is nearby. I will be there to welcome you on arrival.



Other information

I can provide information about activities and places to visit in Royan and the surrounding area. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot.



We ask that you leave the apartment clean; we will take care of washing sheets and towels. A fee may apply if cleaning is not satisfactory.
