The place is was nasty! Hot tub was filthy and smelled. Carpet had urine smells through the house. The whole place is dingy! Toilet seat was broke, sink had mold on it. The inside of the cabinets were filthy when I picked up a glass there was sticky stuff around the rim because they are standing on the rim. The bowls had some kind of film inside. The back porch was just not clean and wheel of the grill, raised the top and inside of the grill has not been cleaned in who knows when. It’s like they just started renting this out and had no clue what to do. I drove 6 hours to this for my first trip ever to Ruidosa and this is what I got. I have stayed at many Vrbos and this is not good. I notified the manager on the day of arrival and never heard anything back to this minute yet. I left Saturday morning and drove back home because of the smell. Air conditioning didn’t work looked at filter and it was so freaking clogged see pics. I want a full refund
