Hotel have an interesting architecture (there is a description for those interested) and is located somehow closer to the city outside limit then to the center so you definitely need a taxi or a personal transportation, but...

However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming at check-in, as they neither smiled nor made you feel greeted—rather, it seemed as if you were inconveniencing them for having to get up from the lobby sofa. But if you’re simply looking for a comfortable and clean place, conveniently located, with the basic amenities where you can rest and shower, then it’s perfectly fine—and the price is fair.”
