“We arrived around noon, while checking in was only after 3pm. We were immediately informed by the very nice lady at the reception that , for early check in, we have to pay extra 30% from the room night value (already paid) ….usually in other more “customer friendly “ hotels, if you arrive early and there is a room ready, you get it without any additional payment. “My wife and I were visiting Timisoara to visit our daughter at the university. This was an ideal place to meet up for breakfast and plan our day. The staff were extra helpful in every regard. We parked our rental car much of the time and simply walked to the river walk & old city areas. The room was comfy & quite new. We will come visit again and look forward to this jewel of a hotel.”
