“Tucked away in the middle of New Hampshire between Plymouth and Bristol. This is a excellent B&B. Owner/operators are welcoming and helpful. Beautifully decorated with a fantastic view from the rooms. Breakfast each day was wonderful. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.”

“Muy confortable ”

“This is age old property with no heater in each room …it was freezing cold and we had to request the owner to put on the heater. And at night it was chilly cold ..I had to put on the warm clothes as the room was not warm enough. All the amenities were bare minimum. It was not worth the price all furniture terribly old as though brought fm thrift store”

“I was traveling to the area for a wedding at a local resort and spent two great nights at the Colonel Spencer Inn. Hosts Tracy and Jim are kind and respectful and offered to assist with my luggage. I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Even though the weather was less than ideal, it is in a beautiful setting and I want to stay there again. I had two delicious and filling breakfasts and I appreciated the snacks, coffee and tea bar, and beverage fridge filled with water bottles.”

“Me encanta ”

“This is the quintessential New England Inn. The Squam Lake Inn was charming, welcoming, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were only there one night but it was a delightful experience!”

“Nice to have coffee and muffins an hour before the excellent breakfast choices. We sat by an outdoor fire one night and played board games the other night. A true retreat from the daily grind. Our two adult children and the two of us slept comfortably in one room that had mutliple beds. Nice to have the option to walk to town as well. Great time!”

“El servicio es muy excelente y esta muy bien ubicado ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. This is an older Inn with creaky floors, etc. But it doesn't retract from the quaintness of the property. The stay included breakfast which was great, The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again.”
