“There was no toilet paper in the room. i had to ask at reception for that. there was no tea and coffee either. lots of work needs to go into the wifi reliability as well particularly if you seek to attract business trips. no iron and ironing board in the room either. ”

“Arrived at 5pm, reception shut but manager promptly arrived. It was out of season so no food facilities on site. Had to drive to Hazyview 10 miles away for nearest restaurant. Chalets well appointed but chilly at night with no obvious heating. Beautiful location with river on doorstep and birds including kingfishers. Quite Isolated, set back from road and really secluded but security guard in evidence and security gate.”

“We arrived at the resort just after 5pm and was handed our keys with a map of where our unit was and a map of the various sites in the area. We noticed the shop was well stocked. When we got to our cabana, the unit was very clean, with a chocolate for each of us, some rusks and tea/coffee packs. The resort is very tranquil. It is close to every site in the lowveld. ”

“Older style property and needs a little work done but grounds, room, facilities all ok and price point matches the offering. Service team were excellent and couldnt do enough - maybe a little over eager to check, clear and ask if "all ok". Overall good and would stay there again.”
