"They gave me s room just in front of train station...I asked for a change and they said yes...and 3h later they said no...and the day after they didn't ask about the noise or how I sleep... I chosed double room king bed...and they put 2 individual bed together, really uncomfortable. It's a pity because I knew this hotel previously with a good feedback. Unfortunately after this stay, I'll never back!! Too expensive and horrible service"

"Las habitaciones son súper cómodas y el aseo es impecable. El personal amable para estándar irlandés. El desayuno es bueno, pero podría ser mejor, no es variado. Sábana y toallas en muy buen estado. La ubicación no es la mejor y llegar al centro de Galway no es tan fácil como aparece en Google Maps, pero el que los buses sean incumplidos no es culpa del hotel"

"La experiencia estuvo un poco por debajo de expectativas, TV no funcionó ni el safety box, se reportaron y se nos dijo que habían sido reparados y no lo hicieron realmente. Al final de la estadía recibir un crédito de 100€ como compensación, lo cual valoramos como respuesta a nuestro reclamo"
