“I absolutely love The Charleston Inn! There is a peanut jar to feed the Inn Squirrels. I had the best sleep. Everything is within walking distance. It was just perfect! Alicia and the Innkeeper are so kind (Patricia.)”

“Proprietor Jeane was fantastic. She is friendly and provided outstanding service. The inn has a good vibe - relaxed and comfortable like you’re visiting family or friends. It’s a bit noisy due to creaky floors and street noise heard thru the windows but it’s sort of expected for a century old bldg. Breakfast was delicious. ”

“Amazing facility with adorable rooms and living room/dining room. The courtyard is a great place to relax or do yoga. Donna provided fantastic breakfast and conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She even packed breakfast sandwiches for our early morning departure the last day. We will be back. ”

“Beautiful boarding house on the National Registry. Highly recommend staying here. Delicious breakfast, made to order, daily. Popular restaurant by night. My husband said the trout was the best he has ever had, anywhere. Walk to town or to Tomahawk Lake Town is a popular shopping destination 20 minutes to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge museum and parkway. Also check out the town museum and the huge antique store just off the highway. ”

“What a wonderful place. So peaceful and quiet. Our host and hostess Sheila and James were so welcoming. The Inn was absolutely gorgeous. All of the artwork, furnishings. Truly took us back to another time. Our room was so comfortable, it had more than everything we needed. We only wish we could stay another night but we had a graduation to attend . We will most certainly go back to Whole Hearts again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Tryon. Lavender Hill is nestled in a cozy neighborhood with lots of privacy, just a short walk to town. Loved the eclectic decor and the artwork was an added treat. The only thing I missed was a regular kuerig type coffee maker. We would definitely stay there again. Ro was a gracious host!”
